I changed my mind after my initial Monday call was met with a nasty individual that tried to upsell me asking for another $15000.00 to ensure my success money back guaranteed! I smelled a rat and demanded my money back. This was two years ago and now I am having to expense legal services. The speaker was highly insightful and had a great gift for oconservatory.oratory. Unfortunately, I am not at a stage in my life where I really do care about trading or investing. I am primarily focused on establishing a business. I feel this should have been clarified in the invitation as trading was not. Jen

Paid for course and was unsuccessful with customer support to get registered in a course that suited my schedule I signed up in 2019 at a Success Resources America seminar. I was told that if I could not attend the next scheduled training that I should work with customer support to get registered for a course that worked for my schedule. That never happened. I reached out a few times within the 3 days of payment and was not able to reach anyone who could confirm the schedule so that I could get registered for an event that worked for me.Then covid happened. I emailed the support email address a few weeks ago and have not heard back from anyone. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and I notice you do not have an address on file. Your website is active so there is no reason why you have not responded to me. I'd like a refund so if you are reading this please get back to me so that I can close this out. Or the BBB. It's up to you.
