It is excellent in providing a big "picture" of topics that may otherwise be difficult to commit to memory or provide brain space for. If you are hesitant, please know that I had a 4.0 for the entirety of my second year in school and did well on Step 1 because of this website!! Most helpful tool for long term learning I have used Sketchy now for roughly half a year and the amount of subjects I have been able to grasp in a comparably short time are outstanding. What I found to be the key selling point for me is the long term effect it has provided me; I am able to easily remember courses and specific details from half a year ago, which I would otherwise not have been able to recall.
