USFunctional Nutrition Course Recommended!! As I began my Nurse Coaching Private Practice, I discovered I wanted to understand and coach individuals around nutrition. Discovering Dr. Ruiz's course for nurses turned out to be a very aligned decision. I have enjoyed learning from her. She is well educated and gives you an interactive experience with both nutrition and integrative health knowledge that I am unsure you would get in other courses.
