Oak Bluffs Therapy Group is a boutique therapy center located in Dallas, TX and offering evidence-based psychotherapy services both in-person and virtually. Highly Recommend Had a session with Alex and did a group with Ofelia. Both were super beneficial, and I loved working with both Alex and Ofelia. Office is very nice and the whole staff is very helpful and kind. Glad I finally found the right therapy group for me!
