Service is OK, I had a problem redeeming the voucher initially but then it worked I have paid 120 USD for a voucher for a Google Cloud certification. After 12 hours, I have received an email with a link to get the voucher. When I open that link, I have received a voucher that has already expired ! I have raised the issue with Paypal to get a refund. They replied to me with additional information, and I was able to use the same voucher.

The voucher was valid and got it within… The voucher was valid and got it within 5 minutes after purchasing. They also provide a study document with 50 questions which is very old and useless. Otherwise, I would have rated 5 stars.
