INExperience the change while doing pranayam Hello everyone. Namaste to all the beautiful people here reading my testimony. i welcome you to the swaadhi where yoga teachers have given birth to the new me by changing small small changes in me making me to wake up early morning keeping me self motivated, energetic and enthuastic. Manjusha Adlalka ji is a self esteemed and a strong hearted trainer where she is very strict regarding doing sessions without even realising the participants and make changes to them. All the trainers are so kind and pure hearted that they handle everything wisely. I have gained my physical strenght while doing daily pranayam and also feel very positive all day after doing this. My appetite have also been increased and my body pain has also started diminishing. it is my strong recommendation who wants changes in their life should join the programme and feel the difference in them coming inside them and ofcourse right trainer is also the right choice and if you are reading this then god has given you this opportunity to grab and experience the change.
