Disappointed - Assist or Refund The phone number on your website doesn't work? The document is altered and unusable once I download to google drive or Pages- MAC. Please provide a solution or refund my purchase. Website claims that it is compatible with mac or PC- doesn't mention that you need Microsoft Word in order not to have to re-create the entire document. Please assist or refund. Thank you.
