About jefflernerofficial.com

In 2008 Jeff Lerner was a professional piano player with an injured wrist facing eviction and divorce, struggling with depression, and $495,000 in debt. In the 10 years that followed he founded three 8 figure businesses (and lost 50 pounds and got remarried), a turnaround he credits to a unique approach to "ENTREpreneurship" called "the 3 Ps". In 2019 he founded ENTRE, which enrolled over 200,000 students in 3 years and in 2022 was named to the Forbes Business Council. He currently splits his time between ENTRE, podcasting, and publishing free training online. He is also married, a father to 4 children, never misses a workout, and still plays the piano every day…

DON’T JOIN ENTRE I bought this program on Friday of last week and this company proceeded to call me 4x/day to work with one of their coaches. I finally told her, “THAT I WOULD CALL HER” when I had time and she still called me 2/more times that day. Now a few more days have gone by and I asked for a refund and crickets. Oscars, assistant’J.’ said they would reach out. Nothing. Emailed the support team and again, I’ve heard nothing. Their desperation to reach out to me so much when I signed up is a major red flag. At this point, I just want the money back and to hear from them about the refund. I’m shocked that a company can be run so poorly. How ironic that when they thought they were going to sell me something, they bugged me to no end and now, I can’t even get anyone on the phone or to return an email. BEWARE!!!

A 74-year-old Haitian woman I’m a 74-year-old Haitian woman. I signed up for ENTRE Institute on May 18 with a lot of hope and enthusiasm after hearing Jeff’s presentation. My country has fallen apart. I need money desperately. Now, 3.5 months later, I’m over $40,000 in the red, $32,000 of which I borrowed for coaching. I’m living in a pressure cooker. How am I going to pay that money on my fixed income and help family back home? God knows when or if I’ll ever have a working business and revenues. I liked Jeff’s promise of a ready-to-run business in 90 days. I counted on that. His double money back guarantee made it clear he was confident in applicants’ success. Hearing him talk about the pursuit of excellence in all areas of life gave me more confidence in him. I had no ideas about the hidden fees and got trapped. But I counted on my forthcoming revenues. My nightmare started in July when I learned it was up to me to set up the business and social media accounts using given examples. Like most seniors, I can barely use my cell phone. I was spending hours and hours trying to do those things and failing. I also discovered I may want to do my marketing differently. I need to know the products I promote. It will take me time to build a business. I need 1-on-1 live coaching, but I have no more money. I don’t wish to give up. So I asked ENTRE to return to the lender the $27K (a fortune for me) I still owe for the next 10 months of coaching so I could pay for help. That’s not so hard for a rich company to do. They refused. I’m passed their 15-day protocol on refunds. That is not fair at all. How can they be so strict about their protocol? I signed up for coaching on June 18. It didn’t start until 20 days later (July 7th). The opportunity to cancel was not available. There were delays also in getting the course itself so cancellation wouldn’t have been possible. This ensures that what money comes in stays in. No matter what. I am a blatant case. There are so many mitigating factors in my case, why would protocol be more important than my pain and suffering? Don’t they care about people? If they want my success, why won’t they help? Also, I chose the option 12 months coaching + Insight =$32K. My order history shows that I paid $1,500 for Insight and $32K for coaching. So at least, the $1,500 for Insight was an overpayment and should be reimbursed. But when they looked at my history, they saw no overpayment?!! I have no power to get any money back. Also scheduled in the curriculum was a call from an accountant they primed me for. He wanted to charge $6,500 per year for his services. It appears to me that ENTRE Institute is a club of mostly men helping each other get rich quickly. I don't think their priority helping people. The responses I got to my letters showed no compassion. Anyway, there should be a different standard for seniors. Someone with a kind heart should let seniors know it could be difficult for them so they don't lose their money. They tend to be at a disadvantage both financially and with regards to technology skills. Now, I am very discouraged and having anxiety attacks. Good luck to whoever enrolls in ENTRE Institute.

Paid $2k for a "90 day launch plan"… Paid $2k for a "90 day launch plan" that was a long form sales pitch for Entre software. The content was jumbled, contrary advice from random people that were off topic and left me more confused in the end. Waste of time and money. They contacted me to "help" and simply said my 15 day window was up. Regarding a refund of the $1,997 I spent on the 90-day boot camp I was past a 15-day refund window…when the program was in bootcamp part of the process and we were told not to look at other aspects of the program yet. Before purchasing the program, I asked if I needed to purchase the ENTRE software to get something out of the program, and was told no. However, that information was incorrect - it is most of what’s covered in the Authority/Knowledge program. I also asked specialist for the included “tax advisor” and was told it would be given after the coach sales pitch and was not ...after I did not purchase coaching. I believe the program as a whole to be bait and switch, they distract you for the 15 day window with decent content and tell you not to look at anything else, then you realize the program you purchased is poor quality.

Jeff is one of the greatest contributors to a better world! Jeff reached out to me in 2021 just after the pandemic was ending and asked me to join him on his podcast…. I asked him why and simply put… he said… “your story excites the hell out of me” Well I can tell you, Jeff’s story is incredible. He has built a huge online empire from the ground up and really researched what people really need to effect lasting change into their lives… It’s not about what we want it’s about what we all NEED! Jeff has completely mastered that through his movement “ENTRE” and figured out what every adult missed in school… 1. Self worth & personal development 2. Financial education 3. Business Education 4. Building a bulletproof belief system of resilience and anti-fragility And 5. KINDNESS. He has done this and transformed lives across the globe at a fraction of what a university education costs… and made it accessible to pretty much everyone… Now that is a LEGACY!

Poor coaching, not worth the price I went through Jeff's entire ENTRE program hoping to learn how to use digital advertising tactics to create a passive income. Although I learned a lot of tactical strategies through their outsourced ad training and SEO training, I could have done much better on my own with a little push. I went into 40K of debt with rent at 1800+ a month and I had only been out of school for a couple years with a great ~100K paying job in Software Engineering. However, I wasn’t super established and I wasn’t particularly happy/successful in my job yet to be ready for such an investment. I was very disappointed by the lack of care from the ENTRE coaching department. Once my facebook ads account got banned for advertising their MLM products, the coach was essentially useless to me. He would show up late to lessons, say I was undermining him when I would challenge his naive opinions on using broad targeting with search ads, and overall he was really unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money. Inner Circle was a big talk show full of people from other companies cross promoting without any tactics being taught. It was more about inspiration than actually getting the job done. Then I was told I would get a year of free coaching because I was given bad service and then it never happened. Jeff and his team tried to sell me on their in person mastermind to sell me more products after I said I didn’t want to buy anything anymore. He said that it doesn’t take tactics and it’s about the mental approach to success which is completely wrong. Without tactics you can’t succeed. He has faked his subscriber counts on YouTube as his content doesn’t get high engagement compared to his count of subscribers. Same with other socials including his IG account. I used social auditing tools to verify that his engagement was poor compared to his following, indicating fake followers. He didn’t even know how to use lead magnets (now I know that’s such a basic concept in lead gen). He was teaching us just to run ads like himself without any ethical value prop and without teaching us to use retargeting to bring back the 98% of people that don’t convert on cold traffic. He didn’t teach tactics, his outsourced courses he got through counterparts did, which is sad when he’s trying to call himself an expert at online sales and advertising. I learned how to manage large debt and how to learn on my own. ENTRE didn’t help me become better, it showed me what to avoid and how to learn on my own. Don’t go with this program. Get the $10 book at the book store, or the free marketing textbook online. Go for the $19 udemy course or the training that’s free from wordstream. Start free, master the concepts, and then you will figure it out. Read every day and don’t pay someone to do a half ass job for you. I wish I could have gotten a full refund. I even helped them increase their engagement and improve their courses. Instead of thanking me they wanted to sell me more. Not a good strategy. Best of luck
