GBI got threatened by customer service First, my experience was terrible with the assigned tutor who tried to do nothing and send a document like he did something. When I tried to complain to customer service I was literally threatened, the agent told me that I won't get reimbursed and that if I leave a bad review they will contact my college and get me ejected. When you complain about the tutor all they care about is to find a way to say they can do nothing about it. I paid 161$ for it, and in the end, I receive nothing but threats.

USUnresponsive chat and missed deadline Paid $84 for assignment to be done before deadline. As deadline approached all of a sudden chat became unresponsive. When asked about progress there was no response. Sent me homework after deadline so was not able to turn it in. Waste of time and money.
