Top Notch Coaching Certification Excellence training and qualitative and in-depth program for anyone willing to be a qualified and well-versed Coach. The program offers 3 certifications in one including a personalised Leadership assessment review the clients can highly benefit from. Going really to the COR.E and roots of what is preventing the clients to reach his own definition of success, the IPEC enables to have a really intensive understanding of what it is needed to serve and empowers the clients best. I did other coaching certification and can only attest from the excellence of this institution.

Explore Alternative Coaching Programs for Better Value and Support I feel compelled to share my experience with iPEC Coaching in the hope of helping potential clients and consumers make an informed decision. While iPEC Coaching presents itself as a pathway to coaching certification and accreditation, my journey with this organization has been marked by disappointment, inadequate training, and unprofessional behavior. One of the most striking aspects of the iPEC training program was the exorbitant investment required. However, I discovered that there are other reputable coaching programs available that offer similar certification and accreditation at a fraction of the cost. It is essential for prospective clients to consider more cost-effective alternatives that can provide comparable value. During the iPEC training, I encountered months of minimal training, leaving me with an overwhelming feeling of stagnation. Despite the lack of substantive training content, I was required to participate in mentor calls. These calls were meant to prepare me for the certification exam, but unfortunately, they often turned out to be intimidating and even frightening experiences. Many of my fellow students echoed these concerns during our peer group meetings, revealing a pattern of rude and unprofessional behavior from the mentors. To make matters worse, iPEC Coaching relies heavily on students coaching and training each other. While peer-to-peer learning can be valuable in certain contexts, it should not be the primary mode of instruction in a comprehensive coaching program. The limited involvement of iPEC staff in providing substantive training left me feeling ill-equipped and lacking the necessary support to succeed. In light of my experience, I strongly encourage individuals considering a coaching program to explore other options. Look for programs that offer comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a positive learning environment. There are reputable organizations that prioritize their students' growth and development, providing a solid foundation for a successful coaching career. It is disheartening to share these experiences, as I had initially believed in the potential of iPEC Coaching. However, the reality of their inadequate training and unprofessional mentorship has made it clear that there are far better alternatives available. Please exercise caution when considering iPEC Coaching and explore alternative coaching programs that prioritize your growth, offer comprehensive training, and provide ongoing support. Your investment of time, energy, and financial resources deserves an organization that truly values your success.

Life Changing I began in Sept 2020 completed the iPEC programme (CPC and ELI-MP) in Sept 2021. During my first year, there were moments I doubted or questioned what I was learning. I realised that it had nothing to do with them and everything to do with me and what I was going through at the time. I learnt so much about myself. I grew as a person and made progress on so many old wounds. By applying the iPEC principles to myself, it made me more confident as a coach. I'm still working on my COR.E certification and learning even more. I feel like everything I've been learning has made me a better person and a better coach. I would absolutely recommend iPEC. Is it perfect? No, nothing is perfect. Was it worth it? For me, absolutely. The experience and friends that I made were invaluable.

Good, Accredited Coach Training Program I completed this coaching training program. It is time intensive and the trainers are good. They do not deliver on all of their implied promises (you'll know how to start your own business, you can make a full time income) and not all of their training materials are their own- they borrow from psychology, philosophy, and religion without citing their sources. You will need to forge your own path as a small business and it will take a few years to develop a part time to full time income stream.
