I have requested a change and did not receive that either. I was told that the resume is fine and that I think I should be changed. Well if I knew I would have written it myself. And when I have requested a refund they are asking for fax proof of every job I have applied for. Who does apply for jobs with Fax and letters??? DOES ANYONE USES FAX ANYMORE??? And I was told that I must be unemployed to receive a refund. What kind of nonsense. This company is not guaranteeing anything and their money-back guarantee is a scam they are as useless as any other resume writer out there. With my 25 years of experience spending more than $1000 on resumes. Still nothing.
