after becoming premium member still… after becoming premium member still cannot use the dash board to create new CV

Since last few weeks i am facing issues… Since last few weeks i am facing issues with this. i cant download nor i can edit it. also i did payed today the amount for one month subscription. poor resume builder. need a solution for this . or kindly repay the amount i paid.

Focus on the content - Jofibo helps with the layout Just had a go at creating my resume on Jofibo, it was such a nice experience. They have some helpful guides to help you, but you don't really need them to be honest, because the website is just so intuitive. I really like the broad selection of templates, the Professional and Creative are by far my favourites. When applying for jobs you need to focus on the content and not battle with setting up the layout, especially if you are not a graphic designer. Jofibo takes care of the design so you can focus on the content - and they make sure you don't forget a segment. Its brilliant to be honest. Now I just hope it pays off and I land my dream job, im confident that my resume is as good as it can be.
