I scored 121 in the test I scored 121 in the test. I observed that the test begins with easier questions and progresses to harder question. Perhaps, the questions can be mixed randomly between the easier questions and the harder questions.

Since this was my first ever IQ test, I was not well prepared and has some noises around me.
