A little more depth and further breakdown of these advanced concepts would be a helpful enhancement. Customer service, though mostly responsive, could occasionally be slow to respond to queries. While this was not a deal-breaker by any means, it is an area that could benefit from a bit of improvement. Course does not work after paying for the service - no phone to conatct I purchased a course for $65 for 1 week and now I have an account but nothing happens when I click on the course. There is no phone number to contact only message which is unanswered. Prepterminal is the company. I need this amount refunded or enable the course so I can take the course.
