I would not recommend this service. I would not recommend this service. Firstly they advised they would have the CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile completed in 5 days. They did not. I had to chase with an email which they never responded to. They returned my CV with spelling errors, an incorrect address, the section that was completed for my linkedIn profile was too long and I could not use. I emailed them to advise and nobody came back to me. The following evening I messaged them and they advised they would look at my CV and come back to me. I am still waiting on the CV despite the fact that I advised I needed it to apply for a job. Terrible unprofessional service

The WORST CV writing service ever! The WORST CV writing service ever! I bought a 133 euros worth of CV writing service from them, to have both CV and cover letter delivered to me WITHIN ONE DAY. First, they produced a badly written CV with the exact job title in the list of skills. Then, they produced the work late after they chased me down like a loan shark for the payment! Both CV and cover letter were not used because it look like a child's work! When I asked for a refund 2 days (within the cooling period) after receiving the product, it finally took them 2 months to refund me only 33 euros even when I asked for a full refund! Communication with Marry (Customer Service agent) was a horror, she claimed to be checking and expediting my refund case for two entire months but NOTHING WAS DONE DURING THE TWO MONTHS. Only after I mentioned to go to CCPC, they decided that they should "morally" do a partial refund of 33 euros. When asked why can't a full refund not be done, they claimed that they are offering a partial refund and are throwing in an unlimited revision of the CV and cover letter "for free"?! By swallowing my 100 euros for a "FREE" CV and cover letter?! Does not make sense at all. These guys are literally forcing me to continue buying their horrible CV services, even though I told them REPEATEDLY that I do NOT want to use their services any longer! I have reported the case to the Garda anyway, guys. My advice? DO NOT engage with these guys if you want a professional-looking CV and want your money back safely into your bank if you do not feel like the CV is not the quality you want.
