No explanations- rushed through-tutors unprofessional- exam room at top of the gym - so not quiet - people walking into the exam room at all times - loud music - people talking -etc Stay clear - choose somewhere else to spend your money!!

Detailed and engaging! Clear, well structured and engaging course! I have done a wide range of courses with varying providers and this is right up at the top. 3 tutors all offering a different learning style. All very knowledgable and passionate and it made the 8 day course fly by. Would highly recommend and actually looking to book another myself soon.

Avoid please Very dissapointed with customer.I have had a very bad experience with them.Waiste of money.I would recommend another training provider.The courses are expensive compare to another training providers,learning content is not easy,no flexibility.Its a big commitment.To much hassle and it's not worth of money.They have cancelled my course very easy because I couldn't attend due to family emergency unless I would you pay 350 for course transfer.I had to go for PT Academy PT L3 which is amazing and cheaper and flexible and you got 2 yrs to finish your course with ymca only 6 months which is very fast and you have to follow their rules even if you pay so much money. They still sending me emails about dates of assessments after they cancelled my course.Its crazy.

I completed a Personal Trainer course… I completed a Personal Trainer course recently in London and the tutors - Hannah, Roger, Trevor (and others who assessed me) were all brilliant. All had great teaching styles and a real depth of expertise and I learnt a great deal in a very supportive environment. Thank you

Tutors were great. Need to sort out contradictions and update course content. Exams needs to be more flexible Nick and James were great tutors and was the highlight of the course. Consistency and communication needs to be better between tutors and also with what the course content says as they have been a lot of contradictions that has cost people money and refers. Course content needs to be updated with current research as well. Exam times needs to be more flexible - you should able to book your slot in a 2 week period as with the part time course, people are working or got plans so it should be more flexible for them.
