GBcall center and promises LACKING. Your call center and promises from technical support to call adjunct professors currently using your products is going to be the downfall of your company. No call back after two call made and promises to call back by end of day. As an adjunct that works full time and teaches part time, it is critical for companies I work with to keep simple promises.

GBHorrible product of proprietary bs that… Horrible product of proprietary bs that makes college students even broker. Textbook will randomly lock you out, mobile websites consistently stop working for days at a time. You can't even copy and paste text into notes, or to summarize a chapter. I SPENT $80 ON THIS TEXTBOOK LET ME HAVE A PDF VERSION. For the pursuit of antipiracy they're robbing from poor students that are forced to get a horrible textbook option from courses that require it.

GBMy students love the simulation! My students are enjoying the simulation. They like the idea of getting paid every Monday and having bills due on Friday. They also love the Life Happens activities. They look forward to the performance reviews so they can earn raises and raise their credit scores. They watch the stock market to see if they are earning or losing over time. I think this is reinforcing the skills we are learning in class.

GBExellent Text, Simulation, and Overall Experience I used the Social Media Marketing text and simulation. It MADE the class. The students loved the competition, and they got to see how their choices impacted the success of their SM campaigns. As for the text, the individual chapters on each platform was a huge plus. I highly recommend this package.

GBNot a resource. A joke It is supposed to serve as a tool of education for us college students but it's actually a joke. It doesn't work half of the time and you spend more time actually trying to figure out how to fix the technical problems instead of doing any assignments or reading. A poor and subpar facade of what should be an actual tool to help students.
