I’m not thrilled with the new interface… I’m not thrilled with the new interface -ebook makes me login several times. Students saying Ch 11-12-13 having problems advancing to the next page in chapters. Answers on quizzes marked wrong but student put the right answers

My students continually have problems… My students continually have problems logging in - the platform keeps them looping and looping and kicks them out. My other issue is with the guided notes. There are numerous inconsistencies between the instructor's version and the student's version - different questions, not in the same order, etc. Someone needs to go through each of those to verify they have the same content. I would also like the most up-to-date information. Social media has definitely changed since in the past five years, and some of the statistics are out of date. I am currently in the process of searching for a new platform to teach the class.

Stukent has the BEST team (leadership Stukent has the BEST team (leadership, support, the ENTIRE team). They are helpful, responsive, and have relevant information ready to share. I truly cannot say enough good things about them.

Not a resource. A joke It is supposed to serve as a tool of education for us college students but it's actually a joke. It doesn't work half of the time and you spend more time actually trying to figure out how to fix the technical problems instead of doing any assignments or reading. A poor and subpar facade of what should be an actual tool to help students.

Half way thru the course Half way thru the course, there was an issue with tech and a new book was uploaded that thru off all the chapters, quizzes etc. making it difficult for the students to follow, take tests in timely manner etc. It was completely confusing. The client services team was responsive, but said it was a development update and there was nothing that could be done. In the future, I would have the dev team be in concert with teams to know that a textbook was in current use prior to doing any updates that could affect the text book etc.
