I had a great experience with the support staff. I had a great experience with Contractor Training Center. I started this journey back in 2020, before the pandemic hit. As a result, my plans were placed on hold and I only started studying again at the beginning of the year. They extended my access to the online content at no extra charge. Don't expect them to give you answers to the exam but, instead, teach you how to navigate through the books. Jordan is simply great: always ready to help and quick to answer her emails. CTC is a great organization that has it… CTC is a great organization that has it figured out. The staff provided a fine job preparing me for the Nascla Exam. Mrs Racheal Doty, took the time to brief me and outline the areas to focus after missing the exam pass score by just one question. Dissatisfied Did not think the instructor spent very much time on what he kept saying was the most time consuming part of the test (math problems). I did not find the presentation helpful. I got the most out of the practice test. I would only recommend someone to get the prerecorded version so they have access to the test. I guess the more I think about it the lower my opinion is.
