Charged Twice - Order Says "Unpaid" My credit card was charged twice for an order- but Edudemius showed the order as "unpaid." Support claimed they had no record of payment and required a screenshot of my bank account as proof. After sending the screenshot I was met with radio silence. An hour later I canceled the order.
