Poor service and unsatisfactory product My family member is using this to study, but cannot track progress because the data on practice tests already completed continues to be erased, and often test questions are not even registered as completed in the same logged session. There is no live support, and I haven't had a response to a question raised 48 hours ago, so I am not satisfied with the product. Without the data on the questions completed, the money-back guarantee can't be applied in case of a failed exam. It would be a great product if it worked and had support, but it does not.

CNA questions (with Answers after I submit mine) The CNA questions were very close to actual state test questions. Getting the right answer (with the reason for that answer) really made it "stick" in my brain. I scored 98% on my test and have a Kansas certification. Thank you All Healthcare Careers!
