Emergency Care Worker course I did the Emergency Care Worker course through Skill Up online site, it was difficult to negotiate the site. The auto voices are robotic and some of the ward pronunciation were dreadful. The site itself takes ages to open before you can start your courses. Thankfully for me it was a free course, I definitely wouldn't pay for it. I was told that I’d get my PDF certificate (which I’ve paid for) within 24 hours it’s now 48 hours and nothing, I’ve been in touch with the help desk and no reply
