They waited till the deadline to tell me " expert has contracted covid and they are isolated so they cannot get in contact with them". They asked for additional hours even though my assignment was overdue and I said whatever go ahead. When that deadline passed they claimed they had a problem finding a new expert. I just wanted to understand and learn before submission and I'm still lost. I've been waiting for 5 days for my refund with no luck. They respond when they want to and their customer service is pretty sketch. You can tell half of these reviews are fake.
