Spoke with an online consultant 5 times as no one responds to emails, but I just get the same feedback every time "You request is being processed" 3 months later and still no refund. Now 3 months later and I decided to follow up and guess what? My request is not being processed because I never emailed them. When I said I did email everything and that is a rubbish comment, I got told to go get a life and they ended the chat! What a joke. I do not recommend them at all, not only do they not refund as they promise online, but their exam papers are rubbish, and customer service is non existent! I went with a reputable partner and their answers are 100% better compared to the examsboost one which is utter rubbish. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

CTS-D questions copied from elsewhere I bought the CTS-D for practice and all questions were from the red book as well as the online courses from Avixa. In addition, some questions were two and three times. In some instances, some answers were wrong. Definitely not recommended.
