At first I spoke with Alex who was not a high pressure individual but rather very professional who was genuinely concerned for my best interest. After researching the company, I felt comfortable since this is one in a lifetime situation for me. I was then assigned to Mick and his team who went over and above their call of duty to make this happen for me and they did splendidly. We had a couple of challenges, Mick never stopped digging until all matters were ressolved.
