In the process of things, I was abruptly informed that an entire new team of individuals who I had never spoken with, who also knew nothing about my project, would be taking over moving forward. The original date that I had set (Easter 2022 [4/17/22]) got pushed further and further back and the quality of their work continued to dwindle. I am heartbroken as this project was very dear to me. He continued to promise services that were never delivered. I feel as though this company has caused me emotional distress and also played on my empathy. I have been very patient with the company and reached out several times to resolve the issues at hand, even before requesting a refund. Upon requesting a refund or any topic involving money, the company owner became aggressive and denied that I was owed anything.
