I am extremely unhappy with this order I am extremely unhappy with this order. The instructions were not followed and I provided more than enough information for the writer. When I told support that the writer had messed up, causing me to be unable to turn n my essay they told me I would have to pay more money. I was NOT able to turn in this essay and it was a complete waste of time and money. I enjoyed my first few times ordering from the site but this has been a terrible experience and I will let others know. Support offered no resolution and told me that the writer was on probation and "fined" , but did not offer me a refund. I wasted money and lost the grade. Thanks expert writing! DO NOT PAY FOR UPGRADES!

If I could give them one star If I could give them one star, I would. This company is a joke and won't take any responsibility for late work provided. The manager Eve and Iris are the worse because my assignment was over 7 hours past due because the writers did not follow directions and the assignment had to be revised 3 times and Iris and Eve came back with the writer followed directions and I did not specify what needs to be covered! That's what I provided the class rubric and instructions but apparently Iris, Eve, nor the mystery writer can read instructions. I have received my refund from the bank, so I don't need anything else from these people. FYI, they love to offer discounts and credit for the poor performance, but if you did not do the work correctly the first times, why would I come back to your company. Bye!!!!
