Compared to other products, it was disjointed and not very inviting. I thought I had 60 days to refund but was told, on day 32, that I had 30 and their *payment processor* couldn't be reworked for the refund. Hello? Ever heard of mailing a check or Venmo? And then they wrote "your credit will be affected" if I "lose" in asking for a review of the non-refund! Not legal, not accurate. Again, detached and superficial to the real issue at hand. May work for others, but they lost me at the customer service. Update to reply to lifehacks response to my review. Sir, this is what your rep sent me in reply. If you want to explain things from your side for those reading my review, you need to include all the facts. I refer your legal team to the US federal as well as individual state statutes on Fair Debt Collection Practices. Your representative is not only incorrect but apparently trying to deter any action by threatening with false "credit affected" statements. Nowhere in my communication did I indicate I would appeal the lack of refund. I am very sorry to hear that you might want to take action on our refund decline. It's our responsibility to reply to the relative parties all the evidence of your purchase, our refund terms, and evidence of your refund request made long after the official 20 days refund period. This process could take up to 3 months, and with all of the evidence, it means that you may lose on the case and this would impact your credit scores. I believe this is not the best way to solve the issue -- you requested for a refund because you found the course not connecting with you. Please may I ask is there any specific part of the course that didn't meet your needs?
