Good actionable framework The content is direct, clear and to the point. Really nice review of some things I learned in Mindvalley with Lifebook, very complimentary lessons. Actionable items, so far. The one thing is I've sent information as requested to Ally, at every step, and heard nothing back. So you get this feeling it was set up and now all runs on automatic and I don't get any personal interaction, even though it says I will. That is disappointing, but hey, it was cheap, so... I get it. Good value, just shouldn't say there is a live person at the other end.

Lifehack is motivation Ok so…Sometimes you feel depressed and don’t want to work, that is exactly when going an extra mile is required... Lifehack’s course taught me how to stay motivated even if you are depressed and feeling low. This really opened a new dimension in my life.
