highly recommend it I really enjoyed this course as it gave me a good starting foundation to build on. The self-assessments provided were fun to fill out and they allowed me to hone in on what life aspects I can improve upon. Thanks so much for your efforts!

Expensive and unstructured There is not much of a structure to the course. Some courses are helpful, others not so much but they don't nearly have enough content for charging $45 ongoing monthly charge. There is new material but not worth the price and again it's hard to follow what to study without a path.

Help for challenging times This is a unprecedented time of challenges as we work through fear and uncertainty which requires us to have a strong toolkit of support resources. Thanks Lifehack I purchased the Full Life Framework course and am so pleased with it. It really helps break down what I need to focus on to improve my life at both home and at work. And it’s a great deal for the price. Highly recommend.
