Good actionable framework The content is direct, clear and to the point. Really nice review of some things I learned in Mindvalley with Lifebook, very complimentary lessons. Actionable items, so far. The one thing is I've sent information as requested to Ally, at every step, and heard nothing back. So you get this feeling it was set up and now all runs on automatic and I don't get any personal interaction, even though it says I will. That is disappointing, but hey, it was cheap, so... I get it. Good value, just shouldn't say there is a live person at the other end.

Expensive and unstructured There is not much of a structure to the course. Some courses are helpful, others not so much but they don't nearly have enough content for charging $45 ongoing monthly charge. There is new material but not worth the price and again it's hard to follow what to study without a path.

Course To Focused on Your Goals "The Full Life Framework" course has provided me with new perspectives on how to reach my goals in life. I have learned how to improve my performance at work while mantaining my personal life.
