I deleted my account I deleted my account, even sending a message that I was doing this and to stop any further payments from coming out. This was on the same day i set up the 7 day trial and paid a fee. Today I get an alert that a payment was taken out for 39.99. I am so angry!! I sent them a message and told them to refund me asap!! Oh and guess what, I cannot even sign into my account , which i am assuming means it was deactivated????? Loreena

Awful site -- Avoid! There is nothing free about this site. They do not even have an option to put the End or Start date for the year "2019" .. only "2018." If you download your resume to your computer under a PDF file, good luck finding the resume under that file days later. The resume will be under that file name at first, but will be unavailable or empty days later.... so if you submit your resume to a company, they probably won't find the resume in the file submitted. Also, if you have to contact customer service for any reason, good luck getting a response back, ever. Your only option is to send an e-mail, which I have done twice in one week, and have yet to get any kind of response. Horrible site all around.
