GBI had a bit of an issue with my recent … I had a bit of an issue with my recent order but it was more related to a technical problem. Customer service worked promptly and efficiently to resolve it. We pleasantly communicated by phone and email. I love their products and will be ordering from them in the future.

CAGreat supplier of math manipulatives Easy online buying experience, followed up by shipping confirmations. In a recent purchase, when one item was unavailable, I was notified by email with a request to contact them about re-ordering. Items received were good quality and I'd definitely order again. The items leave their facility quickly but the biggest hurdle is getting through customs into Canada without delays and reaching a rural destination with postal delivery (none of which are the company's fault).

GBIt's been 3 weeks and we have not … It's been 3 weeks and we have not received our order. I wrote customer service 4 days ago and no response yet. So far I am not impressed.
