USI had a bit of an issue with my recent … I had a bit of an issue with my recent order but it was more related to a technical problem. Customer service worked promptly and efficiently to resolve it. We pleasantly communicated by phone and email. I love their products and will be ordering from them in the future.

USI order a LOT from ETA Hand2Mind I order a LOT from ETA Hand2Mind. They have great prices - particularly for their Cuisenaire rods. Because I order in the quantities that I do (at least 100 C-rod sets a year), there's inevitably going to be some manipulatives that come in with some sort of flaw (but this is a small fraction). ETA is good about fixing these issues when they do arise and making things right. That, and their prices, are a big reason I keep coming back.

USIt was about two months from the time I … It was about two months from the time I ordered until the time I finally received all of the products I ordered. I had to make several phone calls. The customer service people were very nice and finally got them all here. I think it would be very helpful if you would send notification of the order and the shipping to make it more convenient for customers.

USCustomer Service is AWESOM!!! I purchased three items from ETA hand2mind and only received 2. I called the customer service department and they were very courteous and understanding. They checked my order and on their end showed that it was packaged and shipped, but since I had only received 2 of the 3 they offered to send the missing item again. I received the missing item 5 days later. I am very pleased with the handling of my concern and satisfied with all of the items I requested and received. Thank you for being understanding and working with me.
