I order a LOT from ETA Hand2Mind I order a LOT from ETA Hand2Mind. They have great prices - particularly for their Cuisenaire rods. Because I order in the quantities that I do (at least 100 C-rod sets a year), there's inevitably going to be some manipulatives that come in with some sort of flaw (but this is a small fraction). ETA is good about fixing these issues when they do arise and making things right. That, and their prices, are a big reason I keep coming back.

Never received it so I called again only to find out it had been shipped to school. The building is closed for repairs for the summer so I can't get in to check the shipment.

The customer service people were very nice and finally got them all here. I think it would be very helpful if you would send notification of the order and the shipping to make it more convenient for customers.
