Customer Service is AWESOM!!! I purchased three items from ETA hand2mind and only received 2. I called the customer service department and they were very courteous and understanding. They checked my order and on their end showed that it was packaged and shipped, but since I had only received 2 of the 3 they offered to send the missing item again. I received the missing item 5 days later. I am very pleased with the handling of my concern and satisfied with all of the items I requested and received. In a recent purchase, when one item was unavailable, I was notified by email with a request to contact them about re-ordering. Items received were good quality and I'd definitely order again. The items leave their facility quickly but the biggest hurdle is getting through customs into Canada without delays and reaching a rural destination with postal delivery (none of which are the company's fault).
