GBGreat service! Customer service has been great! They have helped resolve a few problems and also recommended items that work great in my classroom. I love most of the products we have purchased from ETA! The only issue I have had is with flashlights that we ordered for our EC classroom. These were labeled for early childhood use and they are so flimsy we had to contact the company within a couple weeks to get them all replaced. Upon replacement, we had one roll off a short table and break on the carpet.

GBIt was about two months from the time I … It was about two months from the time I ordered until the time I finally received all of the products I ordered. I had to make several phone calls. The customer service people were very nice and finally got them all here. I think it would be very helpful if you would send notification of the order and the shipping to make it more convenient for customers.

GBIn the age of free two-day shipping … In the age of free two-day shipping from Amazon and Walmart, it took a full two weeks for my order of "in stock" items to arrive. The product is fine, but the shipping reminds me of the pony express. Also, was no ability for me to track the shipment.

GBShipping took a long time Shipping took a long time. I called and was told item had just arrived in warehouse and would be shipped in the next week so I changed address from school to home. Never received it so I called again only to find out it had been shipped to school. The building is closed for repairs for the summer so I can't get in to check the shipment.
