I order a LOT from ETA Hand2Mind I order a LOT from ETA Hand2Mind. They have great prices - particularly for their Cuisenaire rods. Because I order in the quantities that I do (at least 100 C-rod sets a year), there's inevitably going to be some manipulatives that come in with some sort of flaw (but this is a small fraction). ETA is good about fixing these issues when they do arise and making things right. That, and their prices, are a big reason I keep coming back.

Horrible horrible horrible service Horrible horrible horrible service! Never told me that the item I ordered was on back order and I would be waiting almost 2 months! After calling several times and leaving messages sending emails I finally called again and got a person to answer, I gave them the order information and they told me that my order was on my way and would be here that week! Still waiting and I have not received anything will never be ordering from this company again! They never email you a confirmation that the order has been shipped so you don’t have a tracking number you don’t get anything from them on your order not even if they ship it out! Most disgusting company ever!

Customer Service is AWESOM!!! I purchased three items from ETA hand2mind and only received 2. I called the customer service department and they were very courteous and understanding. They checked my order and on their end showed that it was packaged and shipped, but since I had only received 2 of the 3 they offered to send the missing item again. I received the missing item 5 days later. I am very pleased with the handling of my concern and satisfied with all of the items I requested and received. Thank you for being understanding and working with me.

Shipping took a long time Shipping took a long time. I called and was told item had just arrived in warehouse and would be shipped in the next week so I changed address from school to home. Never received it so I called again only to find out it had been shipped to school. The building is closed for repairs for the summer so I can't get in to check the shipment.
