GBIn the age of free two-day shipping … In the age of free two-day shipping from Amazon and Walmart, it took a full two weeks for my order of "in stock" items to arrive. The product is fine, but the shipping reminds me of the pony express. Also, was no ability for me to track the shipment.

CAGreat supplier of math manipulatives Easy online buying experience, followed up by shipping confirmations. In a recent purchase, when one item was unavailable, I was notified by email with a request to contact them about re-ordering. Items received were good quality and I'd definitely order again. The items leave their facility quickly but the biggest hurdle is getting through customs into Canada without delays and reaching a rural destination with postal delivery (none of which are the company's fault).

CAWhile the selection of products is … While the selection of products is exceptional and inspiring, I was less than pleased with two things: my order took much longer to arrive than I'd been led to believe, and it arrived in not very good condition! The boxes were squashed, and the inflated plastic inside which was supposed to protect the items had lost air. The corner of one hard-cover book was bent as were several of its sectional tabs plus it's cover was dented, and the corners of two soft-covered books were also bent. The plastic insert designed to hold the Bar masses in place was fully disintegrated, causing the pieces to be chipped and scratched. The algebra workmat corners were all bent. Much more care and thought needs to be taken in shipping items that are in packaging designed to be displayed on a store shelf rather than shipped! UPDATE: ETA HAS BEEN VERY ACCOMMODATING IN TRYING TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES: THEY'VE GIVEN ME A CREDIT FOR THE BAR MASSES AND FOR SHIPPING, AND ARE SENDING A REPLACEMENT SET OF BAR MASSES - FREE OF CHARGE. (I'D SAID I CAN LIVE WITH THE BENT BOOK CORNERS...) EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. :-)

GBIt's been 3 weeks and we have not … It's been 3 weeks and we have not received our order. I wrote customer service 4 days ago and no response yet. So far I am not impressed.

GBIt was about two months from the time I … It was about two months from the time I ordered until the time I finally received all of the products I ordered. I had to make several phone calls. The customer service people were very nice and finally got them all here. I think it would be very helpful if you would send notification of the order and the shipping to make it more convenient for customers.
