It's been 3 weeks and we have not … It's been 3 weeks and we have not received our order. I wrote customer service 4 days ago and no response yet. So far I am not impressed.

While the selection of products is … While the selection of products is exceptional and inspiring, I was less than pleased with two things: my order took much longer to arrive than I'd been led to believe, and it arrived in not very good condition! The boxes were squashed, and the inflated plastic inside which was supposed to protect the items had lost air. The corner of one hard-cover book was bent as were several of its sectional tabs plus it's cover was dented, and the corners of two soft-covered books were also bent. The plastic insert designed to hold the Bar masses in place was fully disintegrated, causing the pieces to be chipped and scratched. The algebra workmat corners were all bent. Much more care and thought needs to be taken in shipping items that are in packaging designed to be displayed on a store shelf rather than shipped! UPDATE: ETA HAS BEEN VERY ACCOMMODATING IN TRYING TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES: THEY'VE GIVEN ME A CREDIT FOR THE BAR MASSES AND FOR SHIPPING, AND ARE SENDING A REPLACEMENT SET OF BAR MASSES - FREE OF CHARGE. (I'D SAID I CAN LIVE WITH THE BENT BOOK CORNERS...) EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. :-)

Great supplier of math manipulatives Easy online buying experience, followed up by shipping confirmations. In a recent purchase, when one item was unavailable, I was notified by email with a request to contact them about re-ordering. Items received were good quality and I'd definitely order again. The items leave their facility quickly but the biggest hurdle is getting through customs into Canada without delays and reaching a rural destination with postal delivery (none of which are the company's fault).
