After calling several times and leaving messages sending emails I finally called again and got a person to answer, I gave them the order information and they told me that my order was on my way and would be here that week! Still waiting and I have not received anything will never be ordering from this company again! They never email you a confirmation that the order has been shipped so you don’t have a tracking number you don’t get anything from them on your order not even if they ship it out! Most disgusting company ever!

The customer service people were very nice and finally got them all here. I think it would be very helpful if you would send notification of the order and the shipping to make it more convenient for customers.

In a recent purchase, when one item was unavailable, I was notified by email with a request to contact them about re-ordering. Items received were good quality and I'd definitely order again. The items leave their facility quickly but the biggest hurdle is getting through customs into Canada without delays and reaching a rural destination with postal delivery (none of which are the company's fault).
