GBShipping took a long time Shipping took a long time. I called and was told item had just arrived in warehouse and would be shipped in the next week so I changed address from school to home. Never received it so I called again only to find out it had been shipped to school. The building is closed for repairs for the summer so I can't get in to check the shipment.

GBIt's been 3 weeks and we have not … It's been 3 weeks and we have not received our order. I wrote customer service 4 days ago and no response yet. So far I am not impressed.

GBCustomer Service is AWESOM!!! I purchased three items from ETA hand2mind and only received 2. I called the customer service department and they were very courteous and understanding. They checked my order and on their end showed that it was packaged and shipped, but since I had only received 2 of the 3 they offered to send the missing item again. I received the missing item 5 days later. I am very pleased with the handling of my concern and satisfied with all of the items I requested and received. Thank you for being understanding and working with me.

CAWhile the selection of products is … While the selection of products is exceptional and inspiring, I was less than pleased with two things: my order took much longer to arrive than I'd been led to believe, and it arrived in not very good condition! The boxes were squashed, and the inflated plastic inside which was supposed to protect the items had lost air. The corner of one hard-cover book was bent as were several of its sectional tabs plus it's cover was dented, and the corners of two soft-covered books were also bent. The plastic insert designed to hold the Bar masses in place was fully disintegrated, causing the pieces to be chipped and scratched. The algebra workmat corners were all bent. Much more care and thought needs to be taken in shipping items that are in packaging designed to be displayed on a store shelf rather than shipped! UPDATE: ETA HAS BEEN VERY ACCOMMODATING IN TRYING TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES: THEY'VE GIVEN ME A CREDIT FOR THE BAR MASSES AND FOR SHIPPING, AND ARE SENDING A REPLACEMENT SET OF BAR MASSES - FREE OF CHARGE. (I'D SAID I CAN LIVE WITH THE BENT BOOK CORNERS...) EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. :-)
