I had to wait the full delay before the … I had to wait the full delay before the items arrived, and so were not usable during summer school. Perhaps you should make these items available as e-books, so they could be downloaded immediately after purchase.

I order a LOT from ETA Hand2Mind I order a LOT from ETA Hand2Mind. They have great prices - particularly for their Cuisenaire rods. Because I order in the quantities that I do (at least 100 C-rod sets a year), there's inevitably going to be some manipulatives that come in with some sort of flaw (but this is a small fraction). ETA is good about fixing these issues when they do arise and making things right. That, and their prices, are a big reason I keep coming back.
