It's been 3 weeks and we have not … It's been 3 weeks and we have not received our order. I wrote customer service 4 days ago and no response yet. So far I am not impressed.

It was about two months from the time I … It was about two months from the time I ordered until the time I finally received all of the products I ordered. I had to make several phone calls. The customer service people were very nice and finally got them all here. I think it would be very helpful if you would send notification of the order and the shipping to make it more convenient for customers.

While the selection of products is … While the selection of products is exceptional and inspiring, I was less than pleased with two things: my order took much longer to arrive than I'd been led to believe, and it arrived in not very good condition! The boxes were squashed, and the inflated plastic inside which was supposed to protect the items had lost air. The corner of one hard-cover book was bent as were several of its sectional tabs plus it's cover was dented, and the corners of two soft-covered books were also bent. The plastic insert designed to hold the Bar masses in place was fully disintegrated, causing the pieces to be chipped and scratched. The algebra workmat corners were all bent. Much more care and thought needs to be taken in shipping items that are in packaging designed to be displayed on a store shelf rather than shipped! UPDATE: ETA HAS BEEN VERY ACCOMMODATING IN TRYING TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES: THEY'VE GIVEN ME A CREDIT FOR THE BAR MASSES AND FOR SHIPPING, AND ARE SENDING A REPLACEMENT SET OF BAR MASSES - FREE OF CHARGE. (I'D SAID I CAN LIVE WITH THE BENT BOOK CORNERS...) EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. :-)

Great service! Customer service has been great! They have helped resolve a few problems and also recommended items that work great in my classroom. I love most of the products we have purchased from ETA! The only issue I have had is with flashlights that we ordered for our EC classroom. These were labeled for early childhood use and they are so flimsy we had to contact the company within a couple weeks to get them all replaced. Upon replacement, we had one roll off a short table and break on the carpet.
