In the age of free two-day shipping … In the age of free two-day shipping from Amazon and Walmart, it took a full two weeks for my order of "in stock" items to arrive. The product is fine, but the shipping reminds me of the pony express. Also, was no ability for me to track the shipment.

I love most of the products we have purchased from ETA! The only issue I have had is with flashlights that we ordered for our EC classroom. These were labeled for early childhood use and they are so flimsy we had to contact the company within a couple weeks to get them all replaced. Upon replacement, we had one roll off a short table and break on the carpet.

The IM Math center kits are NOT worth… The IM Math center kits are NOT worth the money. The quality is poor and misinformation was given on their website and over the phone and they told me that I am wrong, their rep would have never said that. Save your money and spend the time to print on card-stock and laminate yourself. I highly doubt the $400 kit will even last a year.

The customer service people were very nice and finally got them all here. I think it would be very helpful if you would send notification of the order and the shipping to make it more convenient for customers.
