My product didn't arrive on time My product didn't arrive on time. No one notified me that it was in back order.

It's been 3 weeks and we have not … It's been 3 weeks and we have not received our order. I wrote customer service 4 days ago and no response yet. So far I am not impressed.

I order a LOT from ETA Hand2Mind I order a LOT from ETA Hand2Mind. They have great prices - particularly for their Cuisenaire rods. Because I order in the quantities that I do (at least 100 C-rod sets a year), there's inevitably going to be some manipulatives that come in with some sort of flaw (but this is a small fraction). ETA is good about fixing these issues when they do arise and making things right. That, and their prices, are a big reason I keep coming back.

Science rocks - so does Hand2Mind Quick response time in receiving a quote. Quick delivery unless item is on back order. Excellent products so far and great Science Supplies.
