The school work itself isn't bad...but The school work itself isn't bad, but good luck trying to get someone to care about your concerns on trying to finish quickly. It takes 7-10 days just to get someone to assess a failed course, and then 5 more days to remediate and god forbid you need help in that time, 5 days for a ticket to be found, always shutting down, always same excuses when needing things to be expedited. There is good people at this school, but the school setup completely sucks.

Poor Service.At face value it great however everything is automated, the service when provided by a person is not of good quality, and customer service is NOT their priority. They'd gladly take your money 1st though, with no regard of service.

Do NOT waste your time or money!! Do NOT waste your time or money!!! I enrolled my daughter and one month later was still not able to gain access to their school portal. After DOZENS of phone calls over the course of three weeks I demanded my money back. Nobody returns your calls, you wait forever to speak to anyone, and they make it near impossible to cancel! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

This school is garbage I Took my final exam in math and showed my work in the doc I was sent, to my suprise I made a 10, and it’s because I didn’t show my HAND WRITTEN PROOF. This is a poor excuse for a school and garbage like this has been happening to me since I was enrolled.

Don't waste your time or money!!!!!!!!!!!!!! James Madison High School is the biggest trap you can get yourself into. No one answers your questions right or on time, everyone gives you different information and numbers, they are rude and not helpful whatsoever. I only needed 4 credits to graduate and they made me take over 20 classes and spend over a grand just to waste my time and money and not teach a thing. The "school" is a joke and their staff treats it like one.
