GBOut of date, non-responsive, avoid I'm writing this in March 2018 and the Cloud Guru Solution Architect Associate course is hopelessly out of date, isn't comprehensive enough, covers only around 60% of what is needed to pass comfortably, probably 50-55% if you want to pass with a very high mark. Practice exams are useless. No responses on the messaging boards. Avoid.

GBlimited real world use cases - just reads slides although I used acloudguru to pass the aws cloud practitioner, I can not recommend. The presenter usually just reads word for word off the slide, with no real world use case or explanation. I am now going through the associate solution architect course (AWS) and it is proving very difficult as there is no real explanation, just reading off the side. I expected much more. Very disappointed.

GBCluttered with old content The site is just cluttered with old content that you reall can't tell you dealing with outdated information (Note most everything is outdated though some is more than others) Here is an example: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C02) vs AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate SAA-C02 On is a year out of date while the other is Three years out of date. Why is an outdated course even available for a new learner to select.

GBWe have a business account with ACG We have a business account with ACG. Our company is growing exponentially. Recently we've had lots of new joiners. None of them is receiving an invitation email from the cloud guru platform. Can this please be sorted ASAP and email invites are re-triggered for all the new users under our account's list with 'pending' status. Frustratingly, there is no other way of adding them to the account except for sending the non-working email invite.

GBNo way to get answer from support My company has plan for ACloudGuru and all accounts get created via SSO (okta). Once I got invitation to join, it was asking me to change email and upon further navigation through series of their documents, turns out it has to be "cloud guru" support changing the email, which is understandable. Here's the worst part, I created ticket, which is the only way to reach support, I got immediate response saying we're working on it. Its been month and a half, no response to original request to change the email at all. What a disaster with how they're managing this. Absolutely worst of the worst experience.....
