Fake fake They have set up an unauthorised subscription service through Apple Pay. Everybody seems powerless to cancel this subscription demand. Not surprisingly the merchant does not answer email requests.

Clever criminals with fake company I have no idea how this fake organisation stole my card details to set up a subscription of £22.50 per month. I reported them to my bank and was told that the payment was gone and could only be refunded by the crooks, but they would cancel my card and send a new one. The 5 star reviews are obviously written by the scammers. If you have accidentally clicked on their website you must inform your bank immediately. They are criminals.

No prior warning that free trial had ended & that subscription was due Signed up for free trial for quick-tutor.com through a sponsored ad on LinkedIn Never received a welcome email with login details. I was later informed that my free trial had come to an end & that my subscription would be taken from my bank account. Tried to cancel through link in the FAQs, but it did not work. Emails from the company appear to be automatically generated and they are refusing to refund.

Pathetic Was tricked into paying them 27.50 for a subscription I didn’t even apply for? They scammed me and took my money, then when I emailed them they were positively full of sh** , said I would have to wait 30 days for my money to be refunded to me and when I received an email saying my refund had been processed I’d been told I’d need to wait a further 10 days, they also attached to the email to “please leave a positive review” and even wrote out a prompted fake positive review that they were expecting me to just willingly give? What an absolute joke and a bunch of lowlifes. Pathetic don’t even waste your time on it.
