GBI regret every penny I spent on this… Typeset sounded promising but ultimately lacks basic features even free programs like google docs has (ie can't see edits, make comments, or view older versions of the doc). Even with premium, customer support is laughable. It took two days for me to receive a response and it was a link to something not even relatively similar to my question.

GBStay away Stay away Products are broken. Customer service does not respond. Don't waste your time and money. I would be surprised if this company disappear soon.... Don't go down with them

JPThe worst The templates and the customer support were full of mistakes. References were not in line with the journal guideline and the answer about it from customer support was "It is you that is wrong." Do not use it.
