GBToo buggy to be useful Great idea and almost good execution, however it has too many bugs to actually be useful. The main issue I had was with having figures actually appear where I wanted them, despite having clicked two separate settings to make sure my figures would appear exactly where I put them in the editor, they would still appear in different places in my output. Incredibly frustrating, especially when you can't fix it yourself, and have to wait hours to have a back-and-forth with customer service. You're much better off using Word and having more control over your work.

DZI do not recommend this platform at all… I do not recommend this platform at all and I confirm everything mentioned in the comments. The platform has many bugs. I've encountered problems several times right before making publications, leading to a rejection due to these bugs and non-compliant templates. The templates are not updated. Many features do not work. If you are not satisfied, no refund will be provided. The customer service is terrible.

OMI asked for my money back I asked for my money back, but they never replied. Now they have changed their site name to SciSpace. Service is very poor. Without it, I used to have articles published. Thought, it will ease my process, but sadly none of my articles got published after using this product. Do not make a mistake, as I did. They will never return your money. I am shifting to a better reference manager.

GBI regret every penny I spent on this… Typeset sounded promising but ultimately lacks basic features even free programs like google docs has (ie can't see edits, make comments, or view older versions of the doc). Even with premium, customer support is laughable. It took two days for me to receive a response and it was a link to something not even relatively similar to my question.
