Like many other reviews, I cancelled before the end of the free trial, as it was useless! Despite this, and also despite instructing typeset to remove my details from their system, they have continuously made attempts to take payments from my account. For anyone that's interested, you can find the company directors etc on LinkedIn. I'm just about to blow their world apart and publish the profiles of said directors on a LinkedIn post, along with their email addresses and contact numbers. 🫢

A waste of time and money! This app is awful! I was truly disappointed, I've spent about 2-3 hours to edit my manuscript in this program and when I downloaded my "edited" article is was a complete mess: spare spaces all over the pages, different fonts in just one sentence!!, images were all located on separate pages, references were all formatted differently and the overall look was very far from editorial policies of the journal, that I chose. I then had to spend lots of time to edit this mess and, eventually, realized that it would be easier to start from scratch and don't use this bletcherous program. I regretted I paid $20 for it once and yesterday they charged me another $40 for two other months, without prior notice!!! Normally, companies would send a notification letter about money withdrawal a day or two before, which is why I am very angry! I strongly don't recommend to use it, a waste of time and money, don't repeat my mistakes.

Fraudulent charge Fraudulent charge. I canceled the membership and these jerks still charged me. These AI apps that are popping up are little more than an affront to scam people. Spoiler alert - the app is TERRIBLE. Not worth losing any memory on your phone. These fake and flakey company is just a scam. DO NOT USE THIS CRAP!! They are THIEVES!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I would give 0 stars if I could. Signed up for a free trial and contacted Typeset immediately after to make sure that I did not proceed to subscription. Nevertheless was charged after one week for a supscription, that I cannot cancell as it is listed as "free" on my login page. "Talked" to their customer service robot x many - standard answers etc. Complete fraud! Never sign up for anything here!

Wow if only I'd of read the reviews… Wow if only I'd of read the reviews before paying so much money to CreatorU and Typeset! Im furious and have also been denied a refund for this poor poor software. It can't do anything it claims. Stick to Canva and other credible platforms that don't cost extortionate amounts! Seems like they are just scammers !!!
