It was working fine with 10 attempts of the same paper for 1000 words as I was trying to use it and then it stopped and I purchased a membership for 3 months $36.00. Guess what My paper is still stuck on 98% wizard even after 10 days of service, its not uploading at all. I called customer service for a refund since it was in 14 days period, but he said it won't get a refund since I have used this service and my paper is still there even I was never able to get my complete paper out of it. don't buy at all.

Stay away This is one of those sites that asks for a credit card for trial, does not warn you when trial is over, charges you $199 and when requesting refund says $99 is non-refundable. Horrible predatory business practices.
