Thought, it will ease my process, but sadly none of my articles got published after using this product. Do not make a mistake, as I did. They will never return your money. I've encountered problems several times right before making publications, leading to a rejection due to these bugs and non-compliant templates. The templates are not updated. Many features do not work. If you are not satisfied, no refund will be provided. The customer service is terrible.

The worst The templates and the customer support were full of mistakes. References were not in line with the journal guideline and the answer about it from customer support was "It is you that is wrong." Do not use it.
