GBToo buggy to be useful Great idea and almost good execution, however it has too many bugs to actually be useful. The main issue I had was with having figures actually appear where I wanted them, despite having clicked two separate settings to make sure my figures would appear exactly where I put them in the editor, they would still appear in different places in my output. Incredibly frustrating, especially when you can't fix it yourself, and have to wait hours to have a back-and-forth with customer service. You're much better off using Word and having more control over your work.

GBI just had to cancel my card to stop… I just had to cancel my card to stop these fraudsters from taking a payment! Like many other reviews, I cancelled before the end of the free trial, as it was useless! Despite this, and also despite instructing typeset to remove my details from their system, they have continuously made attempts to take payments from my account. For anyone that's interested, you can find the company directors etc on LinkedIn. I'm just about to blow their world apart and publish the profiles of said directors on a LinkedIn post, along with their email addresses and contact numbers. 🫢

GBWow if only I'd of read the reviews… Wow if only I'd of read the reviews before paying so much money to CreatorU and Typeset! Im furious and have also been denied a refund for this poor poor software. It can't do anything it claims. Stick to Canva and other credible platforms that don't cost extortionate amounts! Seems like they are just scammers !!!

OMI asked for my money back I asked for my money back, but they never replied. Now they have changed their site name to SciSpace. Service is very poor. Without it, I used to have articles published. Thought, it will ease my process, but sadly none of my articles got published after using this product. Do not make a mistake, as I did. They will never return your money. I am shifting to a better reference manager.

JPThe worst The templates and the customer support were full of mistakes. References were not in line with the journal guideline and the answer about it from customer support was "It is you that is wrong." Do not use it.
