GBDon't buy, Its a scam, they wont refund. I was trying to get a template for one of my papers and I thought this is the one on google search. It was working fine with 10 attempts of the same paper for 1000 words as I was trying to use it and then it stopped and I purchased a membership for 3 months $36.00. Guess what My paper is still stuck on 98% wizard even after 10 days of service, its not uploading at all. I called customer service for a refund since it was in 14 days period, but he said it won't get a refund since I have used this service and my paper is still there even I was never able to get my complete paper out of it. don't buy at all.

GBIf zero stars was an option I’d give… If zero stars was an option I’d give it. I did the trail and the website interface is horrible. PPTs come out genero which you can do for free in MFT by hitting “design” button on upper right. If you don’t know PPT you won’t figure this out and if you know PPT the MSft design is way better! Tried to contact support sent cancel emails and they continued to charge me!! Service is awful and they are rude. The last thing you can do is “Trust” this awful scam company. Use Fiiver they’ll do better and cheaper.

JPThe worst The templates and the customer support were full of mistakes. References were not in line with the journal guideline and the answer about it from customer support was "It is you that is wrong." Do not use it.

GBStay away This is one of those sites that asks for a credit card for trial, does not warn you when trial is over, charges you $199 and when requesting refund says $99 is non-refundable. Horrible predatory business practices.

DKThis service has been a big waste of time. It promises more than it can deliver The software looks so promising for academic use, but it falls short when you try it. It can only work with one type of citation (author and year at the end of a paragraph), the editor is buggy and can sometimes get stuck on "Saving..." which means you lose all your work. The chat support has been horrible, even after I tried Premium for priority support. They say they will look into it and that I just have to wait, but 24 hours after, still no response. This happened twice! They did, however, return my money for the month I paid, because of this bad experience, but I'm still leaving it at 1/5, as this service can cost you a lot of time (the opposite of what it promises) EDIT: No, imy issues wasn’t resolved internally, and this reply comes more than two month late...
