JPThe worst The templates and the customer support were full of mistakes. References were not in line with the journal guideline and the answer about it from customer support was "It is you that is wrong." Do not use it.

BGFormatting and export is utter garbage Absolutely not worth spending money on. The article exported to docx was such a mess that I had to manually correct almost 50,000 words line by line, sometimes sentence by sentence. The references were not arranged properly. The formatting was awful. I sent the customer service many messages, emails etc, to no avail. They are singularly uninterested in doing anything apart from leech off of their customers. Don't spend your money on this garbage.

UAA waste of time and money! This app is awful! I was truly disappointed, I've spent about 2-3 hours to edit my manuscript in this program and when I downloaded my "edited" article is was a complete mess: spare spaces all over the pages, different fonts in just one sentence!!, images were all located on separate pages, references were all formatted differently and the overall look was very far from editorial policies of the journal, that I chose. I then had to spend lots of time to edit this mess and, eventually, realized that it would be easier to start from scratch and don't use this bletcherous program. I regretted I paid $20 for it once and yesterday they charged me another $40 for two other months, without prior notice!!! Normally, companies would send a notification letter about money withdrawal a day or two before, which is why I am very angry! I strongly don't recommend to use it, a waste of time and money, don't repeat my mistakes.

GBToo buggy to be useful Great idea and almost good execution, however it has too many bugs to actually be useful. The main issue I had was with having figures actually appear where I wanted them, despite having clicked two separate settings to make sure my figures would appear exactly where I put them in the editor, they would still appear in different places in my output. Incredibly frustrating, especially when you can't fix it yourself, and have to wait hours to have a back-and-forth with customer service. You're much better off using Word and having more control over your work.

DKThis service has been a big waste of time. It promises more than it can deliver The software looks so promising for academic use, but it falls short when you try it. It can only work with one type of citation (author and year at the end of a paragraph), the editor is buggy and can sometimes get stuck on "Saving..." which means you lose all your work. The chat support has been horrible, even after I tried Premium for priority support. They say they will look into it and that I just have to wait, but 24 hours after, still no response. This happened twice! They did, however, return my money for the month I paid, because of this bad experience, but I'm still leaving it at 1/5, as this service can cost you a lot of time (the opposite of what it promises) EDIT: No, imy issues wasn’t resolved internally, and this reply comes more than two month late...
