Don't buy, Its a scam, they wont refund. I was trying to get a template for one of my papers and I thought this is the one on google search. It was working fine with 10 attempts of the same paper for 1000 words as I was trying to use it and then it stopped and I purchased a membership for 3 months $36.00. Guess what My paper is still stuck on 98% wizard even after 10 days of service, its not uploading at all. I called customer service for a refund since it was in 14 days period, but he said it won't get a refund since I have used this service and my paper is still there even I was never able to get my complete paper out of it. don't buy at all.

Formatting and export is utter garbage Absolutely not worth spending money on. The article exported to docx was such a mess that I had to manually correct almost 50,000 words line by line, sometimes sentence by sentence. The references were not arranged properly. The formatting was awful. I sent the customer service many messages, emails etc, to no avail. They are singularly uninterested in doing anything apart from leech off of their customers. Don't spend your money on this garbage.

Fraudulent charge Fraudulent charge. I canceled the membership and these jerks still charged me. These AI apps that are popping up are little more than an affront to scam people. Spoiler alert - the app is TERRIBLE. Not worth losing any memory on your phone. These fake and flakey company is just a scam. DO NOT USE THIS CRAP!! They are THIEVES!!!

If zero stars was an option I’d give… If zero stars was an option I’d give it. I did the trail and the website interface is horrible. PPTs come out genero which you can do for free in MFT by hitting “design” button on upper right. If you don’t know PPT you won’t figure this out and if you know PPT the MSft design is way better! Tried to contact support sent cancel emails and they continued to charge me!! Service is awful and they are rude. The last thing you can do is “Trust” this awful scam company. Use Fiiver they’ll do better and cheaper.

I regret every penny I spent on this… Typeset sounded promising but ultimately lacks basic features even free programs like google docs has (ie can't see edits, make comments, or view older versions of the doc). Even with premium, customer support is laughable. It took two days for me to receive a response and it was a link to something not even relatively similar to my question.
