I've encountered problems several times right before making publications, leading to a rejection due to these bugs and non-compliant templates. The templates are not updated. Many features do not work. If you are not satisfied, no refund will be provided. The customer service is terrible.

The worst The templates and the customer support were full of mistakes. References were not in line with the journal guideline and the answer about it from customer support was "It is you that is wrong." Do not use it.

Stay away from this website Stay away from this website. I made a subscription for a year for 96 USD. Despite their website saying that cancellations within 14 days will be refunded, I cancelled within 2 days due to poor results and they claimed no refund will be issued since I "used" the service. I complained a bit louder and they only refunded 76$. This is predatory behaviour, to be honest.

Despite this, and also despite instructing typeset to remove my details from their system, they have continuously made attempts to take payments from my account. For anyone that's interested, you can find the company directors etc on LinkedIn. I'm just about to blow their world apart and publish the profiles of said directors on a LinkedIn post, along with their email addresses and contact numbers. 🫢
