Stay AWAY from these scammers This company is a SCAM, the owners are the same as Edfirst.co.uk (which, btw has now been taken down) The salesperson assured it was supposed to be an exclusive offer to our business for local postcodes. Not only there are a lot of similar businesses listed in on their website in the area but a year has passed and we've had not a single engagement from a potential customer. Now, for the last 2 weeks, we have been trying to contact them to no avail. They don't answer phones, don't reply to emails and the contact form on their website does not have a 'send' button so literally - no way to contact them. AVOID AVOID AVOID, don't let them make a fool out of you!

Absolute scam....I asked for a refund… Absolute scam....I asked for a refund because they basically just lied to me, they don't return your calls , I've asked for a Dsars which they have a legal obligation to provide , nothing. I'm taking this further ,its appalling that they are allowed to trade , any one who works here clearly doesn't care about anyone except themselves and hitting their sales targets including the opps manager whom i did name but have been asked to remove, I wonder why?! don't say you'll get something done then not return my emails and voicemails

Wrong presumption made on my behalf Recent contact made with Agent. They advised that their company is targeted for getting bad reviews. Being looked into by Trust Pilot. Please ignore last posted review I left. I am hoping it all goes well. Ask the staff questions if you are not sure, they are very helpful to answer your questions or concerns.

Good As far as ' Advertisment ' goes this is reasonable for what it is, Schools is always a hard market to get in to so i was glade to become a member. Slow to start at the begining but nothing unusual with these things. Glad to review as we have had contact with some schools which we wouldnt have had prior. Good communication and the way it was dealt with. Also I would like to add we have quoted one school directly and had referrals from 2 others. One was a bit out of my way and the second I was tied up with another job in the time frame they required.

-5 empty spaces where the stars would be 1 star, because I cannot give minus 5! Ordered no of items, including 2 chemicals. I made sure those were not marked as'for eductional establishments only' - still I was contacted that cannot ship it as sent a refund. Some items came after couple of week s a few emails. After more than two months and 5 or so emails regarding my order, almost half of my item were not received. My ultimatum was, refund or ship it. I got the refund as they were still waiting for two items to be back in stock. Receved refund for almost half what was owed to me. The worst online retailer, by far, I dealt with. This is why I'm writing the review, as the experience is so bad that I go to trouble to type in this review. Save yourself money and trouble and buy elsewhere - I'd get things quicker shipped ground mail from China, lol
