Ahhhhhmazingggg all the way around I’m in love with every single flavor of protein powder I have tried so far it helps me appetite I’ve lost over 5 pounds and my first bag isn’t even gone yet! I’ve tried every single brand of protein powder out there and nothing else comes close. I had a serious addiction to sweets and I don’t get cravings at all anymore lady boss gained a loyal customer!❤️

I never received my order I never received my order, nor did I ever even get shipping confirmation. Attempted to contact support two weeks after Ofer, never heard back. Would at the least like to still receive my order, but if they won’t send it to me would prefer to get money back, not holding my breath for either though.

LadyBoss has earned my trust LadyBoss has earned my trust. I had a slight issue with one of my previous purchases from them and had to get a refund but since then they have really been proving that they are worthy of my business. Great products, programs, community, and hopefully they keep striving towards perfect customer service because that’s what will attract repeat customers if they have any issues.

Most of my order from over three weeks… Most of my order from over three weeks ago was missing when it arrived. The box it arrived in was far too small to have fit everything, so this isn't some sort of error on the shipping companies part. I cannot get a response back to resolve this issue. I’m likely going to have to file a dispute with payment service since I seem to be unable to find someone to fix it with ladyboss.

Absolute garbage of a company. Although this companies products are on the better side of products I have tried, this company is absolute GARBAGE!!! It’s no wonder they went out of business!! Their customer service is GOD awful, the owners are absolutely useless when dealing with their company and should really have had a better team to run their business. I have placed numerous orders with this company (since i really do love their products) and have had nothing but problem after problem after problem every single time. Don’t waste your money on this garbage company. I would much rather choke down a protein shake that tastes like chalk than ever support a company with such god awful morals and customer service skills.
