I think ordering Lactobacillus that are… I think ordering Lactobacillus that are supposed to be in the cold room and receive them 3 weeks letter, I think that this not efficient. I remember that the product was suppose to arrive 2 days after purchase.

Not a Canadian website. Slow delivery, miscalculated duty Hate these websites with .ca in their name but everything is from the US or other countries. I ordered a product, got extremely slow delivery, and it somehow went through USPS and not DHL. If we use a courier we have a higher customs limit to Canada. Then I get a customs declaration that I owe $32 duties and fees so almost 50% of the order price. The product was wrongly stated to be quantity 4, value $32 and ended up as a total value of $128. It should have been $68. I ended up paying duty on $60 too much and a postal processing fee. I have found a bona fide Canadian supplier for the supplement and won't be using this site again.

I placed an order on 12/06/2020 I placed an order on 12/06/2020, and expected Delivery by 12/22/2020. But up to now the items are still in Miamy without further information about the delivery date. So, it is very sad !
