I am really disappointed with the products and the customer service I am really disappointed with the products AND the customer service. I ordered the outco THC tincture, and received it in a bad condition: the dropper is damaged and a a result half of the oil spilled out the pot. Also the opening cap is stuck (can't be opened). Even though this is clearly a product quality issue, the company didn't take any responsability and refuse to replace the damaged product.

Always a pleasure! Always a pleasure! I have been ordering from these guys for almost a year and never had any issues. If something is not available they replace it with top-shelf stuff. Delivery is usually a week to the east coast, carefully and discreetly packaged. I am due for another order :)
