The device is well made and the… The device is well made and the follow-up customer support was great. Very responsive and helpful in helping me get it working. It does take a good number of tries to get the set up done properly, but it should be smooth sailing once you learn how to get it going. One of the sleeves it came with did have some flaws which lead to a tear so hoping they may replace it. But I know this happens with other companies, so it's not super out of the ordinary.

Extremely slow I have not yet received the product for review. But, I can comment on the ordering process. It took every bit of the 10 business days to receive and update. It says it was finally shipped yesterday. We'll see how long that takes. So I'm really hoping this is an amazing product. If not, I won't be able to recommend anyone coming here.

Followed up on shipping a few days… Followed up on shipping a few days after order. Granted I didn't read the note that said 7 to 10 business days for shipping. Seems excessive for an in stock item but I don't mind waiting. When I followed up again on day 13ish it ships almost immediately. Just seems like a weird coincidence that I'm told to wait because of a note but then when the company is late it's a non issue.
