Purchase with caution. The picture quality of the DVDs is not very good. The DVDs are also only able to play in some DVD players and PC programs, whereas other new DVDs play in all DVD players including old ones, and all programs. I find it interesting that if the excuse is that the DVD is filmed in HD, why does the picture look terrible compared to others even when played in a new player, and on a PC? If you receive a faulty DVD they will blame it on your player, even if your player is brand new. So it's either your settings or your player, never their faulty DVD. So if you receive a dud, tough luck.

Even thaugh the product selection was limited, they had supurb customer service and were quite knowlegable about their products. They were also very reliable and the checkout process was smooth and quick. Generally speaking, I'd say the experence was quite good. I hadn't recomend them to anyone, but I would neither discredit them from your consideration.

Products mostly met my expecttaions, however ther were times when I was dissapointed. Customer service was okay, nothing special. The charges were reasonable. Overall, I didn't have compliants with the company, but they cud certainly impruve - launching new prdoucts more often or improving customer servcie.

Terrible customer service I swear, if I didn't love her workouts so much I'd go to BeachBody or Daily Burn. The customer service team is so rude and short with you. I love the workouts, and love Cathe, but the experience leaves a very bad taste in your mouth if you have to contact customer service with an issue or a question.
