Oofos dye colors stained my feet I purchased blue Oofos men's slides. Wearing this on vacation this week my feet turned blue (smurf feet) from the dye in the slide. When I contacted customer service, I was told that "....color transfer is if the feet have any type of lotions, soaps, sunscreen, or sometimes strong chlorine on them...."was/is a known product issue. When I followed up to see why this known product defect is NOT included in the product details.....Oofos Customer Service no longer responds. I guess knowing vs communicating the products "real performance" is why we have a "buyer beware" notice. Beware of what you use on your feet when wearing Oofos products. Signed Smurf Feet in Texas

Their return process is fast and easy. I started a return on the OOFOS site and dropped off the product at a UPS Store. The refund posted to my credit card two days later.

Not worth you hard earned $$ Soles of the shoes do not allow your foot to slip in easily. I do NOT have a wide foot and these are very difficult to put on. Shoes are comfortable, but not much different from many other more reasonable options out there. Contacted customer service regarding the difficult time putting the shoes on and was just told “use a shoe horn”. NOT helpful and no other options offered. Do not recommend.

OOFOS sandels I wear orthotics in my shoes & for the first time in a long while I can wear sandels on the beach, again without my feet being in pain. Your products are the best. Thanks OOFOS!

Finally, Pain relief!!! Between my healthcare job and my catering business, I'm on my feet up yo 12 hours a day. I thought pain was just part of the game. I started seeing commercials for Oofos and I was a little skeptical about the claims put forth. I decided to try a pair and haven't looked back since! They have helped relieve my foot, back and neck pain from long hours of standing. I am amazed at the difference I feel after wearing them. So happy with the results, I went back and bought another pair!!
