I'm a fan sort of.... I'm a fan. After several injuries, I wore Oofos and reduced my walking pain measurably almost instantly. They're getting greedy though and too expensive. Onle clearance shoes are the ugly ones. Shame.

The product itself is great The product itself is great. I already have two pairs of their sandals and just purchased a pair of shoes. Shipping related. I ordered a pair of shoes and used Apple Pay. I double clicked to pay but wasn’t shown any shipping options before I double clicked. It said 5-10 BD. I wanted 1 day. I tried chat and calling. They stated no adjustments to any order. Once you click that button you’re out of luck. I offered to pay more for the adjustment. Nope. I offered to cancel and reorder. Nope. I would have to wait 5-10 business days then return them?! What? Why would I? It’s nuts. So buyer beware. No cancellations of orders. No adjustments. It is what it is. Kinda sucks to because there $150 shoes. Customer care is dead.

Free returns and exchanges work great OOFOS offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date if you are not completely satisfied with your OOFOS. Their return process is fast and easy. I started a return on the OOFOS site and dropped off the product at a UPS Store. The refund posted to my credit card two days later.

Life Changing! Quite honestly, OOFOS changed my entire perspective on recovery. As a daily distance runner, I experienced notable changes to my recovery after wearing OOFOS after my long runs. I wear OOFOS slides or slippers about 90% of my waking day, everyday. Life changing!!!!

Not worth you hard earned $$ Soles of the shoes do not allow your foot to slip in easily. I do NOT have a wide foot and these are very difficult to put on. Shoes are comfortable, but not much different from many other more reasonable options out there. Contacted customer service regarding the difficult time putting the shoes on and was just told “use a shoe horn”. NOT helpful and no other options offered. Do not recommend.
