Positive constructive feedback Positive about Oosfo is fast and efficient return/refund; so impressed👍 Negative are taking too long even past 10 business days to ship ( blame on bad weather; however, the order fulfilled not in sequential. Still waiting for 1/14 order while 1/20 order already shipped) no cancellation allowing after order placed including change the shipping address even called customer service wouldn’t helped. Size/fit is odd like different fit on the same size, either too long, too short, too narrow, too wide. Rarely having this issue with other brand . My size is 5 M Customer service is professional and friendly manner. They need to improve on cancellation policy /reduce shipping time/ quality control on products or they will loose customer interests.

The shoe: Not the right fit for me at all Sadly, after attempting two different sizes I’ve realized the OOFOS shoes are not for me. Mind you I have the flip flops, and am AMAZED at the comfort so much that I have purchased for others as gifts. I have tried the shoes, but no luck. I wear between a 7 1/2 and 8 in dress shoes/heels and with athletic shoes I’m a consistent 8 1/2 - 9 depending on brand. The sizing with the OOFOS shoes just do NOT suit me, my last attempt was with a 9, and where my largest foot’s big toe is so incredibly uncomfortable right now! My other foot feels great, with ample structure and room, a size up would be too large. This being the case, I am returning 3 pair

The product itself is great The product itself is great. I already have two pairs of their sandals and just purchased a pair of shoes. Shipping related. I ordered a pair of shoes and used Apple Pay. I double clicked to pay but wasn’t shown any shipping options before I double clicked. It said 5-10 BD. I wanted 1 day. I tried chat and calling. They stated no adjustments to any order. Once you click that button you’re out of luck. I offered to pay more for the adjustment. Nope. I offered to cancel and reorder. Nope. I would have to wait 5-10 business days then return them?! What? Why would I? It’s nuts. So buyer beware. No cancellations of orders. No adjustments. It is what it is. Kinda sucks to because there $150 shoes. Customer care is dead.

Friendly, personable, easy to understand, professional I usually don’t leave reviews, but Oofos customer service is the among best I’ve experienced. I contacted them via both chat on their website and later by phone. Both times the response time was quick, service was professional, friendly and personal(something very lacking in most interactions with companies now days). We will continue to use their products and recommend to friends/family.

Free returns and exchanges work great OOFOS offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date if you are not completely satisfied with your OOFOS. Their return process is fast and easy. I started a return on the OOFOS site and dropped off the product at a UPS Store. The refund posted to my credit card two days later.
