The product itself is great The product itself is great. I already have two pairs of their sandals and just purchased a pair of shoes. Shipping related. I ordered a pair of shoes and used Apple Pay. I double clicked to pay but wasn’t shown any shipping options before I double clicked. It said 5-10 BD. I wanted 1 day. I tried chat and calling. They stated no adjustments to any order. Once you click that button you’re out of luck. I offered to pay more for the adjustment. Nope. I offered to cancel and reorder. Nope. I would have to wait 5-10 business days then return them?! What? Why would I? It’s nuts. So buyer beware. No cancellations of orders. No adjustments. It is what it is. Kinda sucks to because there $150 shoes. Customer care is dead.

Oofos dye colors stained my feet I purchased blue Oofos men's slides. Wearing this on vacation this week my feet turned blue (smurf feet) from the dye in the slide. When I contacted customer service, I was told that "....color transfer is if the feet have any type of lotions, soaps, sunscreen, or sometimes strong chlorine on them...."was/is a known product issue. When I followed up to see why this known product defect is NOT included in the product details.....Oofos Customer Service no longer responds. I guess knowing vs communicating the products "real performance" is why we have a "buyer beware" notice. Beware of what you use on your feet when wearing Oofos products. Signed Smurf Feet in Texas

The shoe: Not the right fit for me at all Sadly, after attempting two different sizes I’ve realized the OOFOS shoes are not for me. Mind you I have the flip flops, and am AMAZED at the comfort so much that I have purchased for others as gifts. I have tried the shoes, but no luck. I wear between a 7 1/2 and 8 in dress shoes/heels and with athletic shoes I’m a consistent 8 1/2 - 9 depending on brand. The sizing with the OOFOS shoes just do NOT suit me, my last attempt was with a 9, and where my largest foot’s big toe is so incredibly uncomfortable right now! My other foot feels great, with ample structure and room, a size up would be too large. This being the case, I am returning 3 pair

Customer Service one of best Customer Service one of best I have ever run across from a serious online shopper. Ordered 4 pairs for holiday gift giving. Received wrong styles, sizes - looked like order mix up. Their Customer Service was amazing, spoke to real person with ease of a number to call prominently posted. Taken care of immediately with no effort on me, the customer’s part. Highly recommend not only because of the product but the value they have for the Customer!

Not the same product; lesser quality; now overpriced Was an existing customer for years and the product was stellar. This year I made another purchase and the materials and sizing has changed and it’s made in China yet the price is exorbitant. The quality of the shoe is no better than you can get from any inexpensive retailer. So shop there. And somebody needs to tell this company that no amount of advertising and new products can take the place of quality products. You used to be. Not anymore. Skip this product at this price. It’s worth about $25 max.
