Not worth you hard earned $$ Soles of the shoes do not allow your foot to slip in easily. I do NOT have a wide foot and these are very difficult to put on. Shoes are comfortable, but not much different from many other more reasonable options out there. Contacted customer service regarding the difficult time putting the shoes on and was just told “use a shoe horn”. NOT helpful and no other options offered. Do not recommend.

Positive constructive feedback Positive about Oosfo is fast and efficient return/refund; so impressed👍 Negative are taking too long even past 10 business days to ship ( blame on bad weather; however, the order fulfilled not in sequential. Still waiting for 1/14 order while 1/20 order already shipped) no cancellation allowing after order placed including change the shipping address even called customer service wouldn’t helped. Size/fit is odd like different fit on the same size, either too long, too short, too narrow, too wide. Rarely having this issue with other brand . My size is 5 M Customer service is professional and friendly manner. They need to improve on cancellation policy /reduce shipping time/ quality control on products or they will loose customer interests.

I'm a fan sort of.... I'm a fan. After several injuries, I wore Oofos and reduced my walking pain measurably almost instantly. They're getting greedy though and too expensive. Onle clearance shoes are the ugly ones. Shame.

Customer Service one of best Customer Service one of best I have ever run across from a serious online shopper. Ordered 4 pairs for holiday gift giving. Received wrong styles, sizes - looked like order mix up. Their Customer Service was amazing, spoke to real person with ease of a number to call prominently posted. Taken care of immediately with no effort on me, the customer’s part. Highly recommend not only because of the product but the value they have for the Customer!

Oofos dye colors stained my feet I purchased blue Oofos men's slides. Wearing this on vacation this week my feet turned blue (smurf feet) from the dye in the slide. When I contacted customer service, I was told that "....color transfer is if the feet have any type of lotions, soaps, sunscreen, or sometimes strong chlorine on them...."was/is a known product issue. When I followed up to see why this known product defect is NOT included in the product details.....Oofos Customer Service no longer responds. I guess knowing vs communicating the products "real performance" is why we have a "buyer beware" notice. Beware of what you use on your feet when wearing Oofos products. Signed Smurf Feet in Texas
