Their return process is fast and easy. I started a return on the OOFOS site and dropped off the product at a UPS Store. The refund posted to my credit card two days later.

Im really disappointed with my OOFOS Im really disappointed with my OOFOS. They are certainly comfortable, but after 6 months the rubber that goes between the toes just broke- I'm 64, I wasnt mistreating them and when I contacted the company they said they were out of warranty and most people get new ones every six months or so anywaySeriously? $90 every six months for mass produced thongs? Obviously the quality isn't there if that is as long as they are expected to last. Very disappointed

Love their flip flops, but these other shoes run WAY TOO SMALL, and I sized up! I love their flip flops and slides! I have 4 pair, bought my boyfriend 2 pair, and made my uncle and aunt buy some when they visited! However, I just ordered a pair of sneakers for work, and they are entirely TOO SMALL! I read the reviews and sized up, but it wasn’t enough. Now that I’m online trying to return them, it’s not giving me the full cost I paid back. The taxes are cheaper than what I paid. I also paid for expedited shipping, and I knew I wasn’t going to get that back, but if I return them for a larger size, I think the least they could do is process and ship them faster than 5-10 business days! I can’t wait that long. I’m definitely about to give Hoka a try this time around, and just stick with the flip flops I have. I don’t want to pay $48 for shipping AND lose some of the money I paid for taxes.

Comfortable and perfectly suitable for in/out water. I admit I was a little concerned when I read some of the reviews, particularly about the flip flop being slippery when wet and easily damaged. However I have just returned from a New Forest break and wore them continually in and out of water, long country walks and so on without a problem. They are very comfortable.

Oofos dye colors stained my feet I purchased blue Oofos men's slides. Wearing this on vacation this week my feet turned blue (smurf feet) from the dye in the slide. When I contacted customer service, I was told that "....color transfer is if the feet have any type of lotions, soaps, sunscreen, or sometimes strong chlorine on them...."was/is a known product issue. When I followed up to see why this known product defect is NOT included in the product details.....Oofos Customer Service no longer responds. I guess knowing vs communicating the products "real performance" is why we have a "buyer beware" notice. Beware of what you use on your feet when wearing Oofos products. Signed Smurf Feet in Texas
