I loved my OOFOS for about a month and… I loved my OOFOS for about a month and then it seemed like the straps stretched and I could hardly keep them on. I was constantly in fear of falling so I put them in the back of the closet.

Love their flip flops, but these other shoes run WAY TOO SMALL, and I sized up! I love their flip flops and slides! I have 4 pair, bought my boyfriend 2 pair, and made my uncle and aunt buy some when they visited! However, I just ordered a pair of sneakers for work, and they are entirely TOO SMALL! I read the reviews and sized up, but it wasn’t enough. Now that I’m online trying to return them, it’s not giving me the full cost I paid back. The taxes are cheaper than what I paid. I also paid for expedited shipping, and I knew I wasn’t going to get that back, but if I return them for a larger size, I think the least they could do is process and ship them faster than 5-10 business days! I can’t wait that long. I’m definitely about to give Hoka a try this time around, and just stick with the flip flops I have. I don’t want to pay $48 for shipping AND lose some of the money I paid for taxes.

Not worth you hard earned $$ Soles of the shoes do not allow your foot to slip in easily. I do NOT have a wide foot and these are very difficult to put on. Shoes are comfortable, but not much different from many other more reasonable options out there. Contacted customer service regarding the difficult time putting the shoes on and was just told “use a shoe horn”. NOT helpful and no other options offered. Do not recommend.

Not the same product; lesser quality; now overpriced Was an existing customer for years and the product was stellar. This year I made another purchase and the materials and sizing has changed and it’s made in China yet the price is exorbitant. The quality of the shoe is no better than you can get from any inexpensive retailer. So shop there. And somebody needs to tell this company that no amount of advertising and new products can take the place of quality products. You used to be. Not anymore. Skip this product at this price. It’s worth about $25 max.

Their return process is fast and easy. I started a return on the OOFOS site and dropped off the product at a UPS Store. The refund posted to my credit card two days later.
