Their return process is fast and easy. I started a return on the OOFOS site and dropped off the product at a UPS Store. The refund posted to my credit card two days later.

Not worth you hard earned $$ Soles of the shoes do not allow your foot to slip in easily. I do NOT have a wide foot and these are very difficult to put on. Shoes are comfortable, but not much different from many other more reasonable options out there. Contacted customer service regarding the difficult time putting the shoes on and was just told “use a shoe horn”. NOT helpful and no other options offered. Do not recommend.

Not the same product; lesser quality; now overpriced Was an existing customer for years and the product was stellar. This year I made another purchase and the materials and sizing has changed and it’s made in China yet the price is exorbitant. The quality of the shoe is no better than you can get from any inexpensive retailer. So shop there. And somebody needs to tell this company that no amount of advertising and new products can take the place of quality products. You used to be. Not anymore. Skip this product at this price. It’s worth about $25 max.

Received wrong styles, sizes - looked like order mix up. Their Customer Service was amazing, spoke to real person with ease of a number to call prominently posted. Taken care of immediately with no effort on me, the customer’s part. Highly recommend not only because of the product but the value they have for the Customer!

Comfortable and perfectly suitable for in/out water. I admit I was a little concerned when I read some of the reviews, particularly about the flip flop being slippery when wet and easily damaged. However I have just returned from a New Forest break and wore them continually in and out of water, long country walks and so on without a problem. They are very comfortable.
