Positive constructive feedback Positive about Oosfo is fast and efficient return/refund; so impressed👍 Negative are taking too long even past 10 business days to ship ( blame on bad weather; however, the order fulfilled not in sequential. Still waiting for 1/14 order while 1/20 order already shipped) no cancellation allowing after order placed including change the shipping address even called customer service wouldn’t helped. Size/fit is odd like different fit on the same size, either too long, too short, too narrow, too wide. Rarely having this issue with other brand . My size is 5 M Customer service is professional and friendly manner. They need to improve on cancellation policy /reduce shipping time/ quality control on products or they will loose customer interests.

I'm a fan sort of.... I'm a fan. After several injuries, I wore Oofos and reduced my walking pain measurably almost instantly. They're getting greedy though and too expensive. Onle clearance shoes are the ugly ones. Shame.

Their return process is fast and easy. I started a return on the OOFOS site and dropped off the product at a UPS Store. The refund posted to my credit card two days later.

Life Changing! Quite honestly, OOFOS changed my entire perspective on recovery. As a daily distance runner, I experienced notable changes to my recovery after wearing OOFOS after my long runs. I wear OOFOS slides or slippers about 90% of my waking day, everyday. Life changing!!!!

Im really disappointed with my OOFOS Im really disappointed with my OOFOS. They are certainly comfortable, but after 6 months the rubber that goes between the toes just broke- I'm 64, I wasnt mistreating them and when I contacted the company they said they were out of warranty and most people get new ones every six months or so anywaySeriously? $90 every six months for mass produced thongs? Obviously the quality isn't there if that is as long as they are expected to last. Very disappointed
