GBCustomer Service one of best Customer Service one of best I have ever run across from a serious online shopper. Ordered 4 pairs for holiday gift giving. Received wrong styles, sizes - looked like order mix up. Their Customer Service was amazing, spoke to real person with ease of a number to call prominently posted. Taken care of immediately with no effort on me, the customer’s part. Highly recommend not only because of the product but the value they have for the Customer!

GBI'm a fan sort of.... I'm a fan. After several injuries, I wore Oofos and reduced my walking pain measurably almost instantly. They're getting greedy though and too expensive. Onle clearance shoes are the ugly ones. Shame.

GBI loved my OOFOS for about a month and… I loved my OOFOS for about a month and then it seemed like the straps stretched and I could hardly keep them on. I was constantly in fear of falling so I put them in the back of the closet.

GBI bou pair of clogs advertised on… I bought a pair of clogs advertised on sale from an ad that kept showing up on Facebook. I never received the shoes. After several weeks I began to read reviews from people here, many of whom also were left having paid good $ but never receiving shoes. I wish I had known. There are scam sites, I believe from China, advertising Oofos at great sale prices. The sites appear totally legitimate. But if you do not receive the shoes you paid for and contact Oofos, they are consistently unhelpful. The whole experience left me wanting nothing to do with this company, and I hope this saves someone else from losing $ like I did.

GBFree returns and exchanges work great OOFOS offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date if you are not completely satisfied with your OOFOS. Their return process is fast and easy. I started a return on the OOFOS site and dropped off the product at a UPS Store. The refund posted to my credit card two days later.
