I bou pair of clogs advertised on… I bought a pair of clogs advertised on sale from an ad that kept showing up on Facebook. I never received the shoes. After several weeks I began to read reviews from people here, many of whom also were left having paid good $ but never receiving shoes. I wish I had known. There are scam sites, I believe from China, advertising Oofos at great sale prices. The sites appear totally legitimate. But if you do not receive the shoes you paid for and contact Oofos, they are consistently unhelpful. The whole experience left me wanting nothing to do with this company, and I hope this saves someone else from losing $ like I did.

The product itself is great The product itself is great. I already have two pairs of their sandals and just purchased a pair of shoes. Shipping related. I ordered a pair of shoes and used Apple Pay. I double clicked to pay but wasn’t shown any shipping options before I double clicked. It said 5-10 BD. I wanted 1 day. I tried chat and calling. They stated no adjustments to any order. Once you click that button you’re out of luck. I offered to pay more for the adjustment. Nope. I offered to cancel and reorder. Nope. I would have to wait 5-10 business days then return them?! What? Why would I? It’s nuts. So buyer beware. No cancellations of orders. No adjustments. It is what it is. Kinda sucks to because there $150 shoes. Customer care is dead.

Not worth you hard earned $$ Soles of the shoes do not allow your foot to slip in easily. I do NOT have a wide foot and these are very difficult to put on. Shoes are comfortable, but not much different from many other more reasonable options out there. Contacted customer service regarding the difficult time putting the shoes on and was just told “use a shoe horn”. NOT helpful and no other options offered. Do not recommend.

Life Changing! Quite honestly, OOFOS changed my entire perspective on recovery. As a daily distance runner, I experienced notable changes to my recovery after wearing OOFOS after my long runs. I wear OOFOS slides or slippers about 90% of my waking day, everyday. Life changing!!!!
