Love their flip flops, but these other shoes run WAY TOO SMALL, and I sized up! I love their flip flops and slides! I have 4 pair, bought my boyfriend 2 pair, and made my uncle and aunt buy some when they visited! However, I just ordered a pair of sneakers for work, and they are entirely TOO SMALL! I read the reviews and sized up, but it wasn’t enough. Now that I’m online trying to return them, it’s not giving me the full cost I paid back. The taxes are cheaper than what I paid. I also paid for expedited shipping, and I knew I wasn’t going to get that back, but if I return them for a larger size, I think the least they could do is process and ship them faster than 5-10 business days! I can’t wait that long. I’m definitely about to give Hoka a try this time around, and just stick with the flip flops I have. I don’t want to pay $48 for shipping AND lose some of the money I paid for taxes.

Comfortable and perfectly suitable for in/out water. I admit I was a little concerned when I read some of the reviews, particularly about the flip flop being slippery when wet and easily damaged. However I have just returned from a New Forest break and wore them continually in and out of water, long country walks and so on without a problem. They are very comfortable.

The product itself is great The product itself is great. I already have two pairs of their sandals and just purchased a pair of shoes. Shipping related. I ordered a pair of shoes and used Apple Pay. I double clicked to pay but wasn’t shown any shipping options before I double clicked. It said 5-10 BD. I wanted 1 day. I tried chat and calling. They stated no adjustments to any order. Once you click that button you’re out of luck. I offered to pay more for the adjustment. Nope. I offered to cancel and reorder. Nope. I would have to wait 5-10 business days then return them?! What? Why would I? It’s nuts. So buyer beware. No cancellations of orders. No adjustments. It is what it is. Kinda sucks to because there $150 shoes. Customer care is dead.

The shoe: Not the right fit for me at all Sadly, after attempting two different sizes I’ve realized the OOFOS shoes are not for me. Mind you I have the flip flops, and am AMAZED at the comfort so much that I have purchased for others as gifts. I have tried the shoes, but no luck. I wear between a 7 1/2 and 8 in dress shoes/heels and with athletic shoes I’m a consistent 8 1/2 - 9 depending on brand. The sizing with the OOFOS shoes just do NOT suit me, my last attempt was with a 9, and where my largest foot’s big toe is so incredibly uncomfortable right now! My other foot feels great, with ample structure and room, a size up would be too large. This being the case, I am returning 3 pair

The best thing since slice bread Where to begin.... these shoes are a game changer. I have been dealing with severe plantar fasciitis since November 2023. The pain I was have was unbearable! I was put on 2 rounds of a steroid and put in a boot. Once I was able to walk normally again, I purchased a pair of Oofos, and omg was my mind blown! My arch has started to developed in both feet; which I never had before. I cant wait to purchase some OOFO sandals for the summer!! I will always support this company and their brand! I'm thankful for being able to walk without pain!!
