I contacted them via both chat on their website and later by phone. Both times the response time was quick, service was professional, friendly and personal(something very lacking in most interactions with companies now days). We will continue to use their products and recommend to friends/family.

Their return process is fast and easy. I started a return on the OOFOS site and dropped off the product at a UPS Store. The refund posted to my credit card two days later.

I love my Oofos tennis shoes but sure… I love my Oofos tennis shoes but sure wish they’d use a different insole my feet stick to the kind they use and I have to buy differently inserts to put in them .
