Not the same product; lesser quality; now overpriced Was an existing customer for years and the product was stellar. This year I made another purchase and the materials and sizing has changed and it’s made in China yet the price is exorbitant. The quality of the shoe is no better than you can get from any inexpensive retailer. So shop there. And somebody needs to tell this company that no amount of advertising and new products can take the place of quality products. You used to be. Not anymore. Skip this product at this price. It’s worth about $25 max.

Life Changing! Quite honestly, OOFOS changed my entire perspective on recovery. As a daily distance runner, I experienced notable changes to my recovery after wearing OOFOS after my long runs. I wear OOFOS slides or slippers about 90% of my waking day, everyday. Life changing!!!!

Love their flip flops, but these other shoes run WAY TOO SMALL, and I sized up! I love their flip flops and slides! I have 4 pair, bought my boyfriend 2 pair, and made my uncle and aunt buy some when they visited! However, I just ordered a pair of sneakers for work, and they are entirely TOO SMALL! I read the reviews and sized up, but it wasn’t enough. Now that I’m online trying to return them, it’s not giving me the full cost I paid back. The taxes are cheaper than what I paid. I also paid for expedited shipping, and I knew I wasn’t going to get that back, but if I return them for a larger size, I think the least they could do is process and ship them faster than 5-10 business days! I can’t wait that long. I’m definitely about to give Hoka a try this time around, and just stick with the flip flops I have. I don’t want to pay $48 for shipping AND lose some of the money I paid for taxes.

Finally, Pain relief!!! Between my healthcare job and my catering business, I'm on my feet up yo 12 hours a day. I thought pain was just part of the game. I started seeing commercials for Oofos and I was a little skeptical about the claims put forth. I decided to try a pair and haven't looked back since! They have helped relieve my foot, back and neck pain from long hours of standing. I am amazed at the difference I feel after wearing them. So happy with the results, I went back and bought another pair!!

The product itself is great The product itself is great. I already have two pairs of their sandals and just purchased a pair of shoes. Shipping related. I ordered a pair of shoes and used Apple Pay. I double clicked to pay but wasn’t shown any shipping options before I double clicked. It said 5-10 BD. I wanted 1 day. I tried chat and calling. They stated no adjustments to any order. Once you click that button you’re out of luck. I offered to pay more for the adjustment. Nope. I offered to cancel and reorder. Nope. I would have to wait 5-10 business days then return them?! What? Why would I? It’s nuts. So buyer beware. No cancellations of orders. No adjustments. It is what it is. Kinda sucks to because there $150 shoes. Customer care is dead.
