I bou pair of clogs advertised on… I bought a pair of clogs advertised on sale from an ad that kept showing up on Facebook. I never received the shoes. After several weeks I began to read reviews from people here, many of whom also were left having paid good $ but never receiving shoes. I wish I had known. There are scam sites, I believe from China, advertising Oofos at great sale prices. The sites appear totally legitimate. But if you do not receive the shoes you paid for and contact Oofos, they are consistently unhelpful. The whole experience left me wanting nothing to do with this company, and I hope this saves someone else from losing $ like I did.

I'm a fan sort of.... I'm a fan. After several injuries, I wore Oofos and reduced my walking pain measurably almost instantly. They're getting greedy though and too expensive. Onle clearance shoes are the ugly ones. Shame.

Not worth you hard earned $$ Soles of the shoes do not allow your foot to slip in easily. I do NOT have a wide foot and these are very difficult to put on. Shoes are comfortable, but not much different from many other more reasonable options out there. Contacted customer service regarding the difficult time putting the shoes on and was just told “use a shoe horn”. NOT helpful and no other options offered. Do not recommend.

Positive constructive feedback Positive about Oosfo is fast and efficient return/refund; so impressed👍 Negative are taking too long even past 10 business days to ship ( blame on bad weather; however, the order fulfilled not in sequential. Still waiting for 1/14 order while 1/20 order already shipped) no cancellation allowing after order placed including change the shipping address even called customer service wouldn’t helped. Size/fit is odd like different fit on the same size, either too long, too short, too narrow, too wide. Rarely having this issue with other brand . My size is 5 M Customer service is professional and friendly manner. They need to improve on cancellation policy /reduce shipping time/ quality control on products or they will loose customer interests.

Free returns and exchanges work great OOFOS offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date if you are not completely satisfied with your OOFOS. Their return process is fast and easy. I started a return on the OOFOS site and dropped off the product at a UPS Store. The refund posted to my credit card two days later.
