One good, one mediocre experience. One time they sent me someone else's order. They said they would send mine expedited and a return label for the incorrect one. UPS was there within 2 days to get my product back, but Nitrabio waited 2 days to shop mine so it's 'expedited' shipping arrived 6 days later. This was after calling a second time about the error because they did not return my first phone call.

My experiece with the company was completely avedage. The customer service staff were polite but that's about it. Nothing awe-inspiring about the outside of the company. No probslems or delays with the shippig, which I guess is a plus. Overall, the site functions okay and meets the inexpeccted. Just meedioce.

mails old nasty products dated 2014 clumps, does not dissolve. not fresh. mailed me numerous products manufactures date of 2014 very dissatisfied. company relying on manuf dates and their verbal assurance of 3 year shelf life, instead of doing the testing required to stamp true expiration date on products.

I have been using NB/UB/EL for 3-4 years now(UB/EL since they existed) the most honest and quality company and ingredients I have ever seen not to mention to level of communication is unmeasurable. I have tried many different supplement brands over the years and this by far is the top. They care about the product & quality they out out & always put the customer first. Best of the best here.
