I think it is working I think it is working. I'm completing a Ph.D. and owe the success to the memory formula that keeps me alert and going. Although sometimes get a headache behind the eyes when taking 2 per day, maybe a reaction with other nutrients or I'm getting a dose of MSG simultaneously from a food product again. : )

Order Failures My initial order was lost. The customer service rep reissued the order providing Reference # 3111199. After 6 days the reissued order had not been shipped and the Customer service rep could not determine why. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. This company has serious issues This company has serious issues! When my husband made a supplement order of 12 bottles we all take in larger quantities, they flagged his account as a potential re-seller and cancelled the order. When we contacted customer service to let them know that we are not selling any product, they could not do anything about it, but promised to contact a supervisor. In addition we left voice messages about this issue with but nobody ever returned a call. For several weeks now, we have been completely unable to talk to anybody who can resolve this for us.
