Great products, confusing compatibility PowerBlock is by far the best adjustable barbell out there. I've used 3 different sets over 10 years. The primary issue I have is compatibility for accessories. For example, there are various versions of the product line that are NOT clear what works with what, ie the EZ Curl Bar, what size of stand is needed, etc. Also the pull up bar attachment to the bench is unstable and I've had issues with it, not just stability but it makes using the bench troublesome requiring a lot of extra space or disassembly each time...

BEWARE: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, DECLINING QUALITY CONTROL I had previous Powerblocks with no issues but the newer ones are not made as good and the customer service is non existent. The rubber handles on my dumbbells got worn so quickly and completely lost their grip making it tough to use. The stickers are also all falling off. These are fairly new dumbbells. I contacted Powerblock multiple times with no response . The funny thing is I contacted them to see about ordering a new set of handles and they responded that day. This is a company going downhill fast. Their "warranty" seems reassuring but it's only as good as the company that honors them. I previously recommended Powerblocks to everyone, but can't do so anymore. Bad company.

Horrible experience No answer phone.. still hiding behind virus “shelter in place” is what recording says. So .. email , and email and email .. no response ! Wonder if lawsuit went against them and going under !?!?

Fantastic product, no complaints. Timely arrival of the products, everything works and fits together well. Assembly instructions were thorough and well-written and illustrated. The bench was nearly fully assembled and is quite strong, much better than a bench I purchased from a local sporting good store. Very happy with the professional quality of the equipment and the lifetime warranty.

Great service Great service! I emailed them pictures of my damaged item, then was able to call in and talk to someone directly about my inquiry. They had my issue resolved within half an hour, for very little cost! I would give 6 stars if possible!
