Best coach ever Michelle is the best English coach I’ve ever had. She has an excellent ear and a very balanced approach to teach me about American English accent. She tells you what and how to improve in a very nice and encouraging way, making you feel empowered to continue improving. She is very prepared every class with relevant materials, follows up with custom recordings and help, and takes the time to help with any pronunciation needs that you might have (presentations, specific questions, etc.). I’m very happy I found Michelle and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in improving their English pronunciation.

Crystal is patient and detailed… Crystal is patient and detailed oriented. I've had an overall good experience with her. She has helped me a lot with public speaking and other issues I had with my speech in general. I just wish she was a little more flexible with the class times.

Jason has been a great instructor! My instructor Jason has been great! I have been taking a class every week since January. He is patient and detailed oriented. He encourages me to speak confidentially and then correct me after reading a paragraph. I feel comfortable throughout the class. I definitely have noticed the improvement since taking this class.
