Great program Great program! Very easy and clever application. Flexible hours, which is great for us. Excellent, funny and patient teacher! My son has a very short attention ,and yet his English skills are getting better every day. We using the Novakid service over an year, twice aweek at least. Also, in Novakid you can get a very good prices and bonuses!

Teacher is great, platform needs improvements Marion the teacher is awesome! The homework sessions sometimes get stuck with no audio and a restart to the browser solves it. There's no way to add another parent to the account so management is via a static url with token Very hard to maintain 3 lessons per week when the schedule doesn't sync automatically to my calendar

Affordable prices and very good customer support All teachers have Excellent English (we have changed few). They are very polite and professional. All basic teachers are from Philippines while premium are mixed (US, Nigeria, South Africa). Affordable prices and very good customer support. The downside is the program. While it is well prepared, it is not personal. It feels synthetic and fakely energetic. The teacher several times does not explain the task well enough for a child that is an absolute beginner and misses the point that the child did not understand what he needs to do exactly. We shall try with the more advanced teachers. Perhaps that will change our experience.
