DKThis is a terrible language program This is a terrible language program. It constantly has glitches where the phrases don't play at all or only the last half of words are played. The buttons are constantly freezing which means you have to refresh the page dozens of times in short period of time. Such poor quality, it is not even worth the free trial (for which you do have to enter your credit card details). I only tried it because they have a Danish program, but if you need any other language use StudyCat instead, it is night and day with the quality!

USI can't cancel my free trial before it expires There is no clear link or explanation for canceling the subscription before the trial expires. They put you in a loop of email, but no link on how to cancel effectively. I'm very frustrated.

USI started using this app in 2020 I started using this app in 2020. After a year I quit using it. I have not used it for over 2 years and failed to notice that they had billed me last year. This year however i did notice on Jan 4,2024 the $119 charge to my credit card. It is atrocious that a company would not notify you of an upcoming billing giving you the option to opt out - especially for a $119.00. I would never recommend this product and am complaining to the Better Business Bureau.

KGVery interesting app for kids to study… Very interesting app for kids to study languages (ours choosed chineese). What is important, it is also of a good quality (cartoons, pictures, texts, games, design).
