feedback about UI/UX Experience ((I'll try to do in English) I think that they should improve the UI and UX experience in the platform. For example: when i try login from their website its impossible! because there is no login button on the website fliptalk.online ( also i think that would better have a .com).🤓 Maybe you could put a simple button on the header with a hiperlink. Also it is not very intuitive the platform when you are inside. for example when you want change between modules, or whwn i want look my personalized classes. And their pop up feature (When you click on the button with your name) its awful. Also i think that 15 minutes is a short time for a class, i don't know, maybe 20 or 25 for have time to questions.🤔🤔 Your support chat i'ts great, 👌I think. The teachers too. Also I think would be good have a native app but with good web app (website) well designed its ok. 😬 And the resources of class I think that its ok too, i like the stories. 🤗 The translate feature it's great to !👌👌 You just underline and automatically it translate. The teachers always be on time ❤️❤️. and in fliptalk they have a support on Whatsapp and it is good. Have a teacher anytime It's awesome too, because you can take a lesson when you want 24/7. and you can choose if you take a lesson with a teacher that only speaks English or a teacher that speaks Spanish too. Another thing that would be amazing would be that you could synchronize fliptalk with google calendar or the calendar of your pc or mac. These are all my comments, I hope they are helpful. Improve your English skills I'm so happy with the platform. It's so helpful to learn new vocabulary during conversations with native speakers. Those conversations are the most effective way to communicate more naturally. Teachers have nice energy and are willing to help you with any questions. In addition, you can have fun conversations and discover new things about the different places they live. As an English learner, I have learned a lot of vocabulary. I have solved most of my doubts about how to say anything so that I know how to do it correctly thanks to teachers. I have improved my English skills in particular my speaking since I feel confident. Flip talk offers me different ways to study English, it's very different from the common classes about grammar, tenses, vocabulary among others, then it isn't longer difficult or boring instead of this, it's dynamic and enjoyable. On the other hand, I would like to have more time with teachers because 15 minutes are not enough in some cases. However, it's not a big deal. I know I can schedule more classes as I wish. Finally, I would like to have writting activities I think it's important too. But it's just my opinion. In short words, Flip Talk satisfied my expectations, so I am motivated because it helps me to reach a higher English level.

My experience with fliptalk When I subscribed to fliptalk I wasn't really sure that it would be the best option to improve my English, but I was surprised with it. The platform where we study is great, easy to use and very intuitive. They change de duration of the lessons, so now we can choose 25 minutos which is great to practice. But the teachers are the stars here. I didn't have a single one that I didn't like. All great, with good didactics, always giving a positive feedback. It's been a month and I feel that I improved already. I'm super happy with my choice and hope to continue learning with fliptalk
