George is amazing and the books are a treat! Absolutely love the books! Very pedagogic and helpful, and they have worked wonders for my handwriting when it comes to hiragana and katakana! They also have a YouTube channel where George - one of the writers - teaches the grammar for free. He is an amazing guy! One of the best teachers I've ever had!

First class service First class service, books are great, website superb and similar to the book, which other course lets you have the course material, teaching aid online, fantastic customer support and a tutor who teaches in a relaxed way. Live sessions are available too. I have had to email for support and I have always received a prompt response that resolves my problem in the first instance. I purchased a book from this site a few … I purchased a book from this site a few years ago. They contacted me, that the item is out of stock and offered to ship me a different cheaper book instead. They said, that they will also send me the correct book as soon as it is available again. So I agreed that they can send me a cheaper book now and I was looking forward to receive the other book later. This happened years ago and they never shipped me the book, which I ordered.
