They Don’t Work They Don’t Work I was not happy with these hearing aids. Contacted support. Did everything they suggested. Still would not work. Requested refund as per the advertised policy. Was told I would have to return at my expense. Advertise that they will provide shipping label. Now they won’t answer my emails! Also, you never get to “talk” to a real person. Only by computer. I am not happy.

The time it took to arrive was too… The time it took to arrive was too long. There needs to be an option for expedited delivery. Also, the charging unit needs to have a regular electrical outlet connection.

Pros and cons Pros Clarity of sound. Easy volume control. Easy setup to choose the surroundings. Reasonably priced. Prompt deliver. Cons Can not be turned off when not in use(to preserve battery charge.
