However, shipping sucks and even if you pay for quicker shipping, your package still arrives way late. I have emailed them about this issue. One time I got a refund for my shipping after having to ask for it they never offered and the other time I got absolutely no response. You need to order it plenty in advance of you actually needing it. Otherwise you will miss doses and it will throw your cycle off.

Customer service kept stringing me along(talking about COVID-19) is the reason for the delay. If that was truly the case, then inform the customers before purchase. Have something displayed in the checkout section, so the customer can decide if they want to proceed with their purchase.
