WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR… I've been on my drumming journey for 18months now from never picking up a stick. I love the site, the lessons are constructive and well organised from the videos of the kit with gabe playing to the videos of the kick close up which is extremely helpful. Plus you have speed control also. If you ever have a problem there is the community to help answer or alternatively one of the the coordinators as in gabe or shaya, who respond always very quickly. The beat machine is great for listening to beats away from the kit b4 playing as well as the song learning section which is seriously phenomenal, and the library keeps growing. I could go on there is so much more from the persoal journal to keep track, to the shows, etc...but what I'd like to say is that for the investment in DBO in comparison to seeing a drum teacher in person, the time and money spent back and forward, doesn't compare. I can access DBO 24/7 and play new beats fills and tunes whenever I want, and that my friend is unreal when you live in the remote north west of Tasmania. If you haven't already, do yourself a favour and take the plunge and join DBO, if you're keen you won't regret it!!

The entire DBO Academy is great The entire DBO Academy is great, these lessons have helped so much. I bought my first drum set and had them for 5 days before joining this program, now I am getting into my 6th week and I’ve learned so much. Without this I would just be listening to songs trying to play along and have no idea what to do for a practice routine. Can’t believe the things I’ve been able to do in only 5 weeks, and the community is awesome.

DBO ROCKS! Gabe is easily the best drum teacher ever! He genuinely cares about his students progression around the kit which has pushed me to become the drummer I am today. His courses are fun, entertaining, and encourage you to complete lesson after lesson to climb DBO Academy and become a master drummer. The program is at such an affordable price as well. I really am happy that i found this site I really am happy that i found this sight. The production of the lessons is great, tons of info and lots of instructors. The best for myself as a beginner is that the learning path for a new drummer is laid out in a concise manner. I have found that with many internet learning sights, there is so much information available but it is very easy to get side tracked and overwhelmed so I appreciate the measured, clear presentation. I am making more progress with Drum Beats than I expected. Thanks to everyone involved. Joe Dain

A great guide for drummers who feel stuck Dbo offers a clear guide and helps you understand where you’re at and gives you a purpose to practice wish the designed lessons specific to your level. Make sure you actually go through the lessons probably and don’t cheat yourself. Theres also a good community in the dbo with friendly faces who are very encouraging. And dbo is getting better every week with new types of content being added.
